I was overall very disappointed by my stay. There was a huge storm which isnt hiltons fault, however many of their rooms and buildings flooded and there was water pooling all over the carpet for over 24 hours. I am shocked by their delayed response in addressing the issue. I had to switch rooms because of the horrific mildew smell, it was absolutely disgusting. It also wasnt obvious on their website when booking that items like bike rentals are not available year round. I stayed at a marriot 4 star hotel in recently and the difference in quality was very suprising

Alexx assisted us at check in and did a great job taking care of all our needs for our stay. Had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and our service was great. The pool was huge and hot tub was very nice. Our ocean view was breathtaking. We would definitely stay again!

Great location next to the beach but that was about it. Check in was met with gal at the counter just point in the direction of where my room was, mind you there are several buildings. No microwave in the room. I mean even a motel 6 has them. Room rate plus resort fee plus parking did not meet expectations. There is basically a few for everything here.

I would definitely leave NO STAR Review if possible. We had our SAFE BROKEN in a day after our arrival. The staff were Rude, snobbish and arrogant without a single iota of integrity. We came to stay here for a long weekend. Although we were charged for every single item that other hotels and resorts would provide without a hitch, They didn’t even did that with some level of professionalism. The employees from the management to the front desk staff were arrogant to the root. Spend Your Hard Earned Money elsewhere to send a message to these charlatans.

I’m staying at this hotel as I write this review. 10/23/25 at 1220 am. I was provided with a microwave in my room, I’m not sure if all rooms have them or not but it was nice to have as I work for a major airline and I am on a layover. I was looking forward to some warm food as it was too late to get food when I arrived at the hotel. When you work pm trips this is often the case. I warmed up my late dinner and after about 3 mins the microwave stop working. I tried opening it to retrieve my food and it locked up. I tried everything but nothing worked. I attempted to call the desk using the room phone and it was not working. So I walked over to the front desk to speak with someone. The young woman working the desk seemed pleasant at first and was initially helpful. But I after I asked her a few questions she got visibly angry and responded as such. I was taken aback, all I wanted was a warm meal and to go to bed. It was very unnerving, I’ve had layovers here in the past and have never experienced anything like this. The staff has always been very professional and courteous. Tonite was an exception. I returned to my room and was later contacted by Victor, I believe he was a maintenance guy. He broke the microwave door open and I at least got the food out. He also offered to walk my food to the main building and warm it up for me. By this time it was late and all wanted was to go to bed. Thank you Victor, you should be commended for your awesome attitude.
