  This is an exceptional hotel in a convenient location to visit the Botanical Garden and Mission. Beaches are straight down the hill a couple of miles. The room was large, comfy, and clean with a sliding glass door to get fresh air. I appreciated the laundry facility and hot jacuzzi. On site restaurant had delicious whole-grain waffles. I highly recommend this hotel.

  All motels should be as nice as this one. A truly wonderful stay from the moment we arrived till we left the next day. Staff was kind, patient and well spoken. They were all well dressed. We got a recommendation for dinner from our host and we went to Taqueria La Unica. Thanks staff!! The Best! The room was perfectly clean with no flaws that I could see… Except, watch for a slippery shower. The finch habitat is cool. They look happy. I save my best words for the hotel maintenance people. The outside of the motel is as nice as the inside. A very rare quality. I give this fine motel eleven stars all day.

  This was a very poor experience. I requested a ADA room on the ground level because my wife just had back surgery two hours prior. We were given a second story, NON ADA room in an old section of the hotel. It was a very long walk for my wife from under ground parking to the elevator then to the room at the furthest room away from the ground floor. The internet was very intermittent. I contacted your office about it and was told you have no better connection to offer. My wife was not able to use the shower because of the high step over. When I used it the shower head leaked and spiders came out of the tub filler spout. You got to do better.

  Rooms were good and so was location standard. Parking and overall feel of the property was much local like it fit right in the residential area. Has swimming pool and a restaurant on property. Breakfast is not included and the I didn’t honestly like the breakfast at the restaurant in this property.

  I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is like a small resort. Multiple building all with easy parking and access. All of the amenities were well maintained, especially the hot tub which was wonderful. They even provide large resort style towels for the pool and hot tub. The rooms are updated with all of the amenities of a large 4 star hotel, yet it has the motel vibe. Everything is exceptionally clean. I personally like that they provide each room with a portable a/c unit for those that like a/c even during the cooler times when the hvac system for the property is on heat. Whoever owns and manages this property is doing an amazing job! BW needs to recognize this property for its outstanding service and facilities. I know that it is priced high for a BW, but it is definitely worth the money!
