Instead, I arrived at 10:45 pm after a 5-hour trip to find I had no reservation. Extraordinarily poor service. Would not book this hotel (or any Best Western property) in the future.

Thanks for even having almond milk. The employees will come in your room even with the placard on the door. My lady and my son were in the room, and a woman with a clipboard walked in even with the do not disturb on the door. So just be aware of the only when it benefits them privacy policy.
