- MLMichelle LozanoFeb 21, 20261.0I have stayed at this property many times and have had wonderful experiences, this recent time I’m sad to say the supervisor whom check me in, Paul, was completely rude and unwelcoming. He does not represent the brand and I highly encourage the company to rethink who they have hired to run this place. I tried calling the front desk from the room phone to get an accommodation and no one answered. When I finally got on the phone with Lorena at the front desk after calling with my personal cel, just like Paul she was not able to accommodate me. Truly disappointed with my experience here this time, it’s such a shame for a beautiful property to not have the right people.

We came in with a 3 day reservation he treated my wife so bad screaming at her. Try to take an extra 187$ for the night we had reserved and then he said that’s why you never reserved with a 3rd party.. there was a couple before us as well and they where Hispanic couple he treated them like shit.. I don’t know how management allows this to happen.. please stay away from this hotel and if they yelp reviews gets to the right hands please let this guy go..

The hosts were very nice, and helpful. The second night there we wanted to go eat elsewhere, even though the restaurant at the hotel was good, and we were lifted to a recommended restaurant, and picked up later on with a simple phone call. That's service!

Lots of space in general, lots of space to hang my clothes. I was very impressed, and felt very welcomed by, the Rosary, Crucifix, and Catholic Bible in the nightstand! Thank you for that.
- BKBecky KaoJan 25, 20265.0We came to this area for our child’s sports competition. Originally, we booked another nearby hotel, the Hilton Embassy Suites, with the team. However, that hotel was in very poor condition, so we canceled the remaining nights and switched to this Zessa at the last minute and we are very satisfied with our decision. This hotel is quiet and clean, with both heating and air conditioning. The shower water pressure is strong and very comfortable, and the staff are all very kind and helpful. We had a great stay here.
