    Very disappointed. The only redeeming qualities of this hotel is threefold:1-the really convenient location that's close to downtown Irvine and the airport, 2- the clean room & 3-the friendly staff. But on the other hand, the negatives outweigh the positives: 1-the placement of the light switches are placed/configured in an illogical way that's neither convenient or practical. 2-the blackout blinds don't fully close and leaves a noticeable gap of light thereby defeating the purpose of altogether. Lastly, the whole parking system is a pathetic mess. There's not nearly enough spots in the main gated garage for all guests as they seem to allow any visitors and banquet hall guests to use the main gated garage too. To make matters worse, their "backup gated garage" is ridiculous in that there's even less spots then the main garage and it's unmanned with no easy access exit as the only possible exit is for residents of an apartment building but sometimes you can get locked out?! So you can possibly get stuck in the garage?!! Unless you are lucky enough for a resident to let you out or if a car pulls into the garage. Complete utter nonsense. Overall, not staying here ever again.

    Everything was great Not the biggest fan of location and figuring out where to park was the only down fall. The shower pressure was amazing!!!! Love the lamps

    The past days people are coming at 8 am (even in the weekends) to asking for clean services. I didn’t rest well. I was expecting rest until 10-11 am at least on the weekends. I have been told the clean service: “If can do the service later” and the clean service never came back. I call the hotel lobby about it and he said if you do not want to be disturbed hang the little add outside. If I hang the little add outside the never will clean the room. The lobby did not give a solution and they do not have communication with the cleaning service. But communication and bad cleaning service and bad staff address the issue.

Yes, we offer a local and airport shuttle. It operates 6am-11 pm daily. We offer complimentary Shuttle to/from SNA (John Wayne Airport) At SNA, Guests call the hotel and we will send the shuttle to pick you up. Hotel Zessa also offers complimentary shuttle service within 3 miles of the hotel to local businesses in Irvine, Costa Mesa, Tustin and Santa Ana. Also within three miles are attractions for shopping and dining, such as South Coast Plaza with 40 restaurants, all designer and luxury brand stores and department stores for world-class shopping, something travelers love about coming to Orange County. At the hotel, guests can request the shuttle at the front desk to go to the Airport (SNA) or to their office, South Coast Plaza
