However, in the following morning, our positive experience was utterly inverted. We waited 30 min just to buy some coffee, the staff said “they’ll be back soon”, but never showed up. When we were finally able to get our coffee, the order was wrong, despite I have stated the order multiple times. Finally, as I was reviewing the receipt, I realized that we were charged $34 for parking but the staff never mentioned this when we checked in. I appreciate the management trying to make things right for us, but the experience is just not to our expectations for the Hilton brand.

- MNM NovickDec 2, 20255.0Things that I loved: gated parking garage, (shower) water pressure*, diamond member upgrade to a deluxe King room, avle to select my room (in advance in the app), and the Doubletree chocolate chip cookie! The only thing that was subpar was the elevators. The staff was friendly! Fyi...you need your room key in order to get in/out of garage; key will get you out of garage even after checking out. In Santa Ana, but very close to John Wayne Airport (without hearing jets) and a direct offramp from the 55 South! I'll be staying here again! *the shower water pressure was the best I've experienced from ANY Hilton property! I don't know if it was the deluxe King room or all hotel.
