  Our second time staying here. First time we stayed in June ‘25 and now in Feb’26, so 8 months apart stays. The front desk people are courteous . Our first stay they gave us two water bottles complementary. This time , we saw the gift bags but they didnt offer them to us. Rooms are pretty standard. It is quite an old hotel. Low ceilings, old bathrooms. They have Dove body wash and shampoo as well as hand wash which is fine. A lot of hotels these days dont even provide hand wash. Towels are super scratchy, rough. I wish the bathroom cleaning, specially behind the tap areas was better The air conditioning is set on a specific setting so we cant really increase or decrease temperature . There is a train track close-by so you hear the train horn a lot from 5am till midnight. It can be a bother for light sleepers. Traffic and police car/ambulance sirens are also very very frequently heard, which is very annoying. Location is great. Thats the beat part. Not a fancy-ish area like Irvine but then 5-10 mins from Irvine and Anaheim and Tustin. Lots of nice restaurants in those areas. One this great is that the beds are very comfy considering its such an old hotel. Breakfast is good too. Has variety. Free parking is awsome.

  Went to this hotel because I was getting surgery so I wanted to go some wete i could relax and not catch and germs or anything before surgery. So the first room the heater was not working we watch the young man for one in a half hours then he called another guy to hel30 min later the young man cut open his hand and blood went everywhere and both men left i waited like 5min for someone to come back so I went to the front desk and explained everything to them and he said we will get someone up to clean i told no I want another room so he gave me one but it's like they don't even care there.\n's been some kind of consolation. I try to eat a whole lot of the manager every day.Did not call me back.The pole is not heated . And it says that it's nine miles from disneyland that's a lie. The only good thing about the restaurant was the bacon. I just recommend that you're not stay at this hotel.I stay at a lot of holiday hands in this room.What's the worst,

  They canceled my reservation with out any form of a notification, we drove 7hrs expecting everything to be good and it was all bad news. Manager was not in until 12noon this is a horrible experience. My advice is never doing business with holiday inn express . The guy at the front desk the worst person ever no effort to try to resolve anything whatsoever

  We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. The service was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The breakfast was delicious with great variety and quality. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

  화장실에 떨어진 머리카락들을 모아보니 저 정도입니다. 이건 청소를 안 했다고 생각해야 하는게 맞는거가 아닐까 싶네요. 이 정도로 청소하면서 왜 팁은 챙기시나요? 그리고 수건을 오전 청소에 가져가면 수건이 리필이 되어야 하는데 없어서 새 수건들을 요청했더니 1시간 반이후에 가져다 주는건 도대체 서비스할 생각이 있는지도 모르겠네요. 아무리 바쁘다고 생각해도 30분 후가 아닌 1시간 반은 너무하다고 생각합니다. 그리고 아침 조심은 더 심각하네요. 베이컨도 없고 오믈렛도 한숨 나오는 수준이고 소세지도 질이 넘 떨어지고 탄수화물 덩어리인 빵만 많은 식사는 문제가 많다고 봅니다. 그리고 도로주변과 가까워서 밤새 화물트럭 경적소리가 엄청 납니다. 예민한 분들은 못 잘 것 같네요. 아참 화장실 수압이 많이 약합니다. 그리고 주변은 홈리스나 마약중독자들이 많아서 호텔 바로 옆 마켓만 간신히 갈 정도에요. 밤에는 무조건 차로 이동을 추천 드려요.
