- AJAngelika JolieNov 17, 20251.0Horrible experience. The carpet was completely wet by the window and bed. Also, there was a bucket on the 10th floor catching water drip from the ceiling. I asked to switch rooms and was moved to the 9th floor to have water dripping down as well as shown in the photo below. I was there for 4 hours and decided to check out. Front office supervisor refused to refund anything. What's worse is Julianna supervisor or Operations Manager denied knowledge of the leaks although they were mentioned to her. Also upon checking out by 830, Julianna did not provide an invoice until I asked for it. She did not check me out of the hotel. I recieved an email the following morning stating I've been checked out of the hotel at 11:20 am nearly 15 hours after I left the property. This is completely unacceptable and unethical. This is a liability for the hotel the event something unfortunate were to happen and where abouts need to be accounted for. Attached photos for proof, as there is no checkout listed on one, and a 11:20 checkout time on another. I should've read other reviews before I stayed here. As others have said, this place is scam.
