Booked for two nights based on location, pictures and amenities.
After checking in spent 90+minutes trying to get my keycards to work on the door with maintenance, to no avail. Finally changed rooms to different floor and initially still couldn't get the door to open, as the staff forgot to mention that "some doors you need to turn the handle up, and on some down" - and mine apparently was the up-version. Meanwhile doing about 6 trips between 1st and 9-10th floor with all my luggage, with 2/5 working elevators in order to talk with the staff, as I couldn't get through the phone either.
When I finally got to the room, it was around 80F and hotel policy is not to have AC on if outside temp is below 70. Supposedly the HVAC system is the same for the lobby/rest of interior, but somehow magically outside the room it's about 15 degrees cooler. Multiple maintenance requests later and no progress. Had to sleep with the balcony door open, and even though temps outside dropped below 60 overnight, room temp never went below 76. How the temperature in the room remains over 10 degrees more than outside or hotel interior still remains a mystery, as it's supposed to pull in outside air.
Only good thing was food and service at breakfast and bar.

All the stuff was great! They were helpful, professional and kind. The room was great, I had a really nice view from the 9th floor and the amenities were just as good (breakfast, pool, gym, evening snacks and drinks). Also, Don Gustavo went above and beyond (muchas gracias Don Gustavo por su trabajo, usted lo demuestra con un orgullo y profesionalismo). I plan on bringing my foster youth for a family staycation, because I know they'll enjoy it, but I also plan to come with friends to relax on a weekend. Over all, I had a wonderful experience during my stay.

We reserved a handicapped king room, elevator did not go to the floor we pushed for, had to go to two other floor before we got to our floor. walked into the room with liquid (unknow) splash on the wall and front window, no one cleaned it, bathroom looked like construction was done and no one clean it after. Mold throughout the shower area and tiles on the floor, water pools and not flowing properly so it created dirty water to flow out of the shower area. Seat cushion had spills or unknown liquid that discolored the surface. Room overall was not clean, air in the room stink like construction was just done. This is not what an Embassy Suites room should be like. It's worse than flea bag hotel. They were over booked and could not move us to a better cleaned room. Hilton management need to make sure their brand is represented properly even if the hotel is not own by the corporation. This is not how hilton honors members should see their room. Expectation for a higher quality of cleanliness should not be reduced to this.

We flew in for a business trip, stayed on the second floor and our room was a complete hot box. The AC wasn't working and I had been messaging back and forth with Elias and Abigail about the issue and they kept stating that the team is "working on it" or that they would "send up my team now" and there was absolutely no follow up and no one came to our room to fix anything. No offer to change rooms or anything. We were only there for the weekend and we spent most of our days out of the room, but we thought we would come back to something being fixed and there was NONE. Sheets were stained and I had to ask for new ones. The door knob was installed backwards because instead of pressing down to open, you have to pull up and push. And the floor was a bit dusty. Service could definitely have been better. As Hilton Honors Gold members, we were supposed to get in-room snacks and drinks and there were none. I had to go and ask for it. That's not a huge issue for me, but I've stayed at a lot of other Embassy Suites and have received way better service than what was received here. Also they only had 1 working elevator. This hotel needs a lot of work done! The only good thing here was probably their breakfast.

Started out great, got to our room and it was exactly how I imagined. Went downstairs and when coming back to the room one key wouldn't work, no biggie when back down and had them fix the key. Now both keys don't work. Went back down again only to have them tell me they think the door handle is broken so they would move us. Ok. Go grab all our stuff wait in line again at the desk for a new room.
Head backkk up to the new room and someone was staying there! There were personal belongings and the tv/lights were on. Back in line for 15 more minutes to be assigned yet another new room. The third room looked ok until there were baby roaches running around the ceiling in the bathroom. Back downstairs and standing in line again. Was finally given another room, however no balcony that I paid extra for. Over 3 hours to get settle into a room, hardly an apology. No manager on duty and I was refused a refund by the hotel and by the booking company. Had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. There was also a lot of water damage and mold in the bathrooms as water would leak from the shower onto the floor/walls. Would not stay here again. It looks beautiful but it was the stay from hell. So disappointed. I was also told 5 different times the manager would call me, I called, I left voicemail, I left notes for the desk to give her, she never called.
