We stayed at this property for three nights using Hilton Honors points, and the experience was extremely disappointing. We had to change rooms due to multiple maintenance problems: the heat did not work, only the fan was available, the bathroom door was falling off its hinges, and the in-room telephone was broken. Both rooms had a strong smell of paint and stagnant water, and mold was present on the bedsheets. On top of this, construction-related noise made the stay even more unpleasant. After the stay, our child became ill, which may have been related to these poor room conditions. While two nights of parking were comped, we stayed three nights, and this does not reflect the severity of the issues. As Hilton Diamond members, we expect a higher standard of care. We will not stay at this property again unless significant improvements are made.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Believe the reviews you read. This is the worst Embassy Suites we've ever stayed at. Rather have booked a Motel 6. Save your money and go elsewhere. Would recommend avoiding this area all together if possible. Super outdated, do not believe the website photos you see or the star rating. Front desk associates were so polite, but this was the only good part. Also had a housekeeper barge into our room while we were watching football. Stains on the sheets (didn't post out of courtesy), mold, trash on the floors of the hallways, flies/bugs in our rooms, trash/blunts on the balcony etc. We checked in, and checked out immediately and decided to drive the 5 hours back to a family member's house in Merced because we did not feel comfortable sleeping in those beds or even using the bathroom. Thanked the employee on the way out for his kindness and trying to give us a cleaner room as the manager stood next to him in silence. As an Operations Manger, someone needs to hold their leaders accountable. Note: my photos are more courteous, but the other reviews are 100% justified.

Best thing about this place is the made to order omlettes! Also has indoor pool. Common area and room relatively clean. Very close to freeway entrance. However, there are very few hotels that are around the Disney area that will not show wear and tear and this place was starting to show mileage. Renovations to modernize the rooms are needed. There are too many surrounding hotels that are competing for Disney patrons. Lobby has already been done and rooms (at least ours) were to follow. Unfortunately, our room had a leak and there wasnt any available rooms until early afternoon. Staff was accommodating but we decided to reduce our stay to an overnight

At Embassy Suites at least you know kind of what to expect and it looks lovely on the surface: large atrium, pretty fountains, glass elevators, etc. I enjoyed the "suite" room with the outer living/dining area and closed off bedroom, and 2 TVs. Nice for families or if people have different sleep schedules. But we really stayed at this location for the indoor pool, which left much to be desired. The main issue was the hot tub was not heated at all and no one seemed to care, not even sure they knew it was broken. It's winter, so this is the season you want that hot tub maintenance kept up. Also, indoor pool doesn't mean heated pool so athough it was a bit stuffy in the glass enclosure, it wasn't exactly appealing to swim in a cold pool. The kids did enjoy it though and that mostly who Embassy Suites is for in Orange County. It's mostly families, Disney tourists, and youth sports teams, so expect that vibe, it's not for quiet adults.

As of January 7th this location still has not provided an update on the points they said they would give me, I am astonished by the lack of customer service. The room was dirty and hot - they only have the option of heat OR air conditioning based on the time of year, beware. I decided to cut my stay short and the desk person said they’d refund the Hilton Honor points for the stay that I redeemed as well as give me an additional 8,000 points. These points still haven’t been added to my account and we stayed here for Thanksgiving. I am hoping this review will help to get the ball rolling on my points! Edit regarding the points: when I called on 12/9/25 the person I spoke with said there was no notes of the refund for my points and they would initiate the point transfer at that time (12 days after check out). It has been another 14 days since that call and still nothing. Can you provide proof or confirmation you’ve initiated the points transfer? You have my phone number, call me back to make this right and I’ll change the review score.
