This is a really dirty place, the corridors to rooms, carpet was filthy, elevators were dirty, there was a French fry on the floor in one elevator that was there for 4 days, ice machine on my floor not working, go to next floor and there was dirty laundry and garbage all around ice machine for 4 days I was there, it smelled bad and gnats/flies galore. Paint spots all over the floors in my bathroom and other areas of room which just made it feel/look dirty, it is just a filthy place in general from all appearances. Staff was friendly and helpful. I travel a TON for work and I must say, this is the dirtiest major chain I have ever stayed in.

If you enjoy quiet DO NOT stay here. Many kids sport teams stay here and their parents let the kids run down the hallways yelling & screaming. They hang out on the elevators and push all the buttons, so it takes forever to get to your room. Management/Security doesn’t care. The rooms are old and not sound proof, so you hear nearby traffic/freeway. The breakfast bar is good. The bar/grill has good food & drinks. Since the hotel is very old, the rooms run on a central heat/cool system, so during summer it’s in cool mode only, and winter hot only. So if you show up in spring and it’s hot you might not be able to cool the room. Same with fall, if it’s chilly you might not have heat in the room. They did provide us with a small space heater and a blanket when asked.

I was really surprised by the bad reviews hotel has gotten. Yes, it needs a lot of upgrades, yes the elevator has some issues, yes we have to practically kick the door to get it open (my family and i made a joke out of it) however for the price we pay, the rooms are super spacious, suite type of room, indoor heated pool, a breakfast that makes other hotels breakfasts look like a joke (they make you omelets to order for free), AND 2 drinks with snacks for dinner. Do you understand how much money you save with that alone? For a family of 5 that's A LOT of savings. So yes the room doesn't look upgraded, looks old needing repairs, but it's all things you can ignore and enjoy your huge inexpensive room while drinking a free margarita with a pretty cool inside view of hotel

Unhygienic - Stay away!! I was in this hotel for a convention last week. When we arrived no one was there to help with luggage, it seems like a nice place at first glance but as soon as you keep walking inside, you can see the carpet dirty, dust everywhere. As I was walking through the pool, I saw the water very hazy and yucky. Our room was 214, as soon as we walk in we go into the bathroom and a strong sewer smell comes out of it, we couldn’t stand it so we asked for another room. There was another lady in front of us requesting a room. change on the same floor because the water will not stop coming out. One maintenance person tells us that the second floor is out of service, that h/she was surprised that they have people there. They moved us to the 6th floor, the smell was gone, but everything looked dirty, evey night we killed cockroaches 🪳 in the bathroom. They will not refill our coffee, give us new clean glasses or replace the disposable ones. The towels had holes, there was a lot of humidity inside the room and the entire hotel. Another girl had to move her entire stuff out in the middle of the conference because her room was being flooded. The bathrooms in the lobby were discustung. I will never ever stay at this hotel again, the only good thing was the food, the food was good and the location, 20 minutes away from disney. We paid regular price to be in a dirty place. Do not recommend it! - Stay away!!

POTENTIAL INVESTORS AND OR POTENTIAL GUEST, BEWARE AND RUN!!! First, the receptionist was rude at check-in. I explained my husband and grandmother have medical conditions that prevent them from going high in an elevator and asked for a low floor; the hotel was not busy and I was told our room would be on the 1st floor. After searching for ~20 minutes a cleaning lady told me the room was actually on the 10th floor — the highest floor. Our request for accommodation was ignored. I had booked two rooms; the receptionist gave me only one and said the second would be ready in 20 minutes. Three hours later (the in-room phone didn’t work) my husband walked down ten flights of stairs to ask for an update — the receptionist looked confused and had apparently forgotten our second room. After another hour we finally got it. Then the nightmare: AC units in both rooms did not work. The phone line to the front desk was busy, so we had to go downstairs. We were told ACs are off when rooms are vacant and to wait an hour — still hot, humid air. I had to sleep with the sliding door open with my 18-month-old; I was terrified he’d wander to the balcony. A requested fan took two days to arrive. When I asked to be moved, the receptionist handed me about 15 keys as she was to busy to go find a room with working AC and sent me to find a room with working AC. I spent an hour touring rooms; some had no furniture or flooring (under renovation). Final room (431) smelled strongly of marijuana and cigarette smoke despite the property listing as non-smoking. Room defects: blood on sheets, mold on mattress, mold on sofa bed, peeling wallpaper, rusted bathroom door with holes, and a disgusting, unsanitary tub. Each time I reported this, reception had an attitude. I was told repeatedly that manager Mercy would call (I started trying to reach her Wednesday). I was transferred to voicemail or told she was busy; by Sunday I had received no callback or update, despite being told multiple emails/notes were left for her. While waiting downstairs each day I saw at least five- ten other families per day also complaining and demanding refunds.Receptionists using “renovation” as an excuse for filthy, unsafe rooms and poor service is unacceptable. This property is privately owned and merely pays Hilton to carry the flag — the standards here do not reflect Hilton. I expect a full refund and will escalate to Hilton Corporate, the BBB, and other channels if not accommodated. I will never stay here again. If you’re considering this hotel, don’t — pay for a clean, safe, professionally run property instead.
