    The room was clean. I was able to check in early for an extra $30 very convenient especially since we drove to California. They had cleaning service everyday which was nice. The pool looked very clean. Stayed for 5 days.

    I almost always stay at BW properties when I travel. Best Western Plus properties are my favorite. This property has got to be one of the best I have stayed at in the 11 Western States that I mostly travel. The service here is good too. The breakfast is done right. They give you a voucher that is good for each day you stay. Most mornings, 6am to 9am. Well, the days I stayed. I stayed Thursday thru Sunday morning. January 29 to February 1, 2026. Room was clean and kept up daily too. That hasn't been the case post 2020 but... Lately, I have noticed this trend coming back. I love this service. I hope all hotel chains keep this idea moving forward. The check in process was a bit rushed and robotic. I get getting to the point but there is a bedside manner that should be like you've come home instead of, welcome to this sterile environment (like a hospital). But .... That just could have been the hour that my family and I checked it. It was late. Overall.... Good Job BW Orange County Paul West Sacramento CA

    Helpful staff. Great breakfasts. Cleaning staff is stingy with the toilet paper. Swimming pool has been out of service for almost a month. Otherwise I would give them*****.

    Room was clean and ready when I arrived. Everything in the room worked great. The gym, was basically useless. The machines were not working or didn't feel safe to use. They also make you grab a 'gym' key in exchange for your room key to access the gym. 🤷🏻‍♂️ If you need a place for a night, not a bad deal, just don't plan to use the gym. Location is off the 55 and there are quite a bit of transients in the area. Hotel felt safe, but don't recommend walking at night.
