The GM Huy Tang let us know that their water isn’t working due to an accident and cancelled our reservation (booked months in advance) with no compensation or assistance rebooking elsewhere. The rate to get a comparable room elsewhere is substantially higher given same day notice. He was rude on the phone and said this was our problem to solve. Such disappointing customer service. Merry Christmas.

As a result, opening it at night is not really an option, especially if you are traveling alone. There were always some strange individuals lingering outside my door. The room itself has a comfortable bed and a large TV, but there was a faint smell of marijuana. The bathroom could use a remodel. Breakfast was okay, but it is not really a buffet since you must choose between two options, which are portioned out by a staff member.

One room had a shower that overflowed into the bathroom. This room's smart TV was also left connected to a previous guest that was left open to porn channels.
