  "Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was spacious, incredibly clean, and featured a stunning view of the city. We were particularly impressed by the attention to detail and the high-quality amenities provided. It is rare to find a hotel that balances luxury and comfort so perfectly. We are already looking forward to our next visit!"

  The SureStay by Best Western in San Rafael is clean, convention on off of the highway, and has a great coffee shop across the street. It has all the bare minimums you need for a stay. There is no luxury here, but the owner operators are friendly and helpful. The parking lot is tight, and the 2nd floor does not have elevator access. If you are looking for something with no frills, this is your place. We did have a refrigerator in the room, so that was helpful.

  Hotel was bad with insects. Frightened and left in a single day. pre booked for 4 days and hotel management is irresponsible on returning the remaining money. Very underrated and unfair. Sad that no one-are helping.. Avoid it.

  Room well appointed, heater was very dirty and I had to break it down and clean it. I am trying to get over a cold so I kind of need to. Otherwise everything worked.
