Did not have a great experience at this hotel and wouldn't recommend it. I arrived a couple hours before check in and when I inquired about getting into my room early I was flatly told no and brushed off like a nuisance (without being asked my name or room number). There was zero attempt to offer a place to wait until my room was ready or a place to store my bags. The hotel is in the middle of a suburban/residential area with very little around it, so the only option is to sit in the lobby.
On the day of check out, the cleaning staff kept trying to come into my room and clean several times in the morning (at one point attempting to unlock the door while I was changing). Overall I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable.

I travel 365 days of the year and live in these hotels. Check in can be bumpy occasionally. Not here. I’d like to mention Anita, whom was working the desk upon my check in. She’s a sharp lady and had me squared away quickly. Employees like Anita are rare.

Stayed here January 24th to the 25th this year. Hallway smelled of Marijuana upon going to our room and its a non smoking facility. Was very upset because we have a special needs six year old. An hour later, that smell came into our room. Staff said nothing they could do besides move us. We had already unpacked and our six year old was sleeping in our bed. Went to use the pull out couch to put him to sleep in there. Stains of food and crumbs all over and smelled bad. Wasn't cleaned and neither was the blanket and pillow case. Couch bedset never swapped out and stuffed in the closet. The front desk wasn't answering when I attempted to call so I had to go down to the front desk and ask for new linen. Rather than giving it to me then and there, I was told that housekeeping will bring it up
Told the staff at 10pm and didn't receive clean linen for 45 minutes to an hour. Some lights didn't work. Ate at the restaurant and the food was served Luke warm and there were us and about 6 other guests dining and the food came out cold, my ribeye was over cooked and the server said he couldn't change the sides. Sides were definitely microwaved and for my 40 dollar plate, was maybe worth 15 or 20 bucks and that's giving it some grace. Breakfast was alright. The option to switch rooms at a late hour was given but it's very difficult to move an autistic child when they're asleep and making an abrupt change for him is not pleasant at all and would have kept our neighbors up all night. Never been more disappointed with a Hotel stay knowing the Hilton chain having high standards as a former employee at the Hilton Garden Inn in Livermore.

I was expecting a lot more from an embassy suite hotel. We stay at hotels quite often and this one is just dirty. The pack n play they provided was stained. The pull out couch had crumbs on it. The floors did not seem like they were vacuumed. The buffet was flavorless. The games in the common areas were missing the play pieces so basically just decor. The indoor pool was dirty at the bottom and was not warmed, although assuming it would be might have been my mistake. Definitely not satisfied

My family and I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 10 years. It's in a convenient location, the rooms are reasonably priced, and it comes with a free breakfast...that's what keeps us coming back.
Unfortunately, over the years we've witnessed the steady decline in the quality of the hotel...primarily with regard to the cleanliness of the common areas and grounds. During our most recent stay this past weekend, we observed dirty dishes and glasses all over the bar area, dining room, and outside the guestrooms, often not being collected for hours and hours. Our room was relatively clean, with the exception of all the hair left behind by the previous occupants in the shower.
The free breakfast has also been in steady decline, with the food options and overall quality being subpar. The supposed 'clean' dishes at the breakfast bar had bits of old food clinging to them. Every single juice offered at the juice bar is so ridiculously watered down to save a buck, the 'juice' is undrinkable.
But the worst of it was the condition of the exterior grounds. We brought our dogs with us this go around and therefore spent a lot of time walking them around the perimeter of the hotel. Wherever we looked there were discarded beer and liquor bottles, trash on top of trash, and heaps (seriously, HEAPS) of cigarette butts. There's a spot outside of the northwest corner of the hotel, close to the hotel's entrance, that's appears to be used by the employees as a smoking area for their breaks....piles of trash and a mound of cigarette butts litter the area. We couldn't find a space for our dogs to relieve themselves that wasn't already defiled with trash and cigarette butts.
I'm not kidding when I say that we couldn't wait to get out of there and take a shower. Sad to say we ran to get away from our weekend getaway. I don't think we'll be returning unless things improve dramatically.
