- NBNes Borne3 days ago4.0Hotel was a good location prior to your sailing day, it does get busy at certain times during check-in process, I wish they had an online check in process like what other hotels offer. Front desk staff during check-in were rock stars with a patience of a saint, Kevin and Miguel took time to explain things to customers even if it was beyond the hotel’s responsibility. (E.g. cruise check in, traffic , transport availability) Paid parking available, shuttle to the Cruise center requires a fee, think ride sharing as an alternative. Rooms that we stayed were clean but dated. Breakfast is for a fee.

First, my fiancé and I were Staying at this hotel a few nights before our cruise. to explore LA. After we checked in, we discovered that our room Had live cockroaches in the dresser. And the comforter had a giant stain on it. The hotel Switched our rooms, Which was fine But we still found dead cockroaches in it. I respect that it’s an older hotel but the cleaning should have been better. Secondly they only had one out of four elevators working so you had to wait 20 to 30 minutes to go down one level. Third, my fiancé and I are both disabled and we signed up and paid for the shuttle to take us from the hotel to the cruise terminal and we requested an ADA wheelchair accessible Shuttle At the time of making a reservation. We confirmed twice with the front desk that there would be an ADA shuttle for us on the day of our cruise. A note for a wheelchair accessible shuttle was in their system. On the morning of our cruise as we checked out, they said they had no record of an ADA shuttle needed. So The hotel called a wheelchair accessible taxi for us what they forgot to tell me was that I would have to pay for the taxi. They refunded the payment for the Shuttle, but we ended up not taking the taxi because of the Increased price for the taxi. We ended up arranging our own wheelchair accessible uber/Lyft Which Was much easier to arrange and cheaper.
