They are renovating at the moment, but I had a brand new room. It smell, clean, comfortable bed and when it’s done, it’ll be well worth it.

Love the newly renovated rooms! Sure, work is being done on the hotel and I had to walk through a construction zone to access the room, but honestly it's not a big deal. We didn't find it noisy or an inconvenience. The location is the only thing that holds this place back, it's not very interesting but that was expected. It feels private and safe and I wasn't worried about my car in the parking lot. The only oddity we experienced in the back lot was a bunch of male turkeys walking through, but they didn't bother us. Lol. I'd stay here again!

Even though the hotel is undergoing major renovation, we had a lovely stay. Our room appears to be newly renovated so it’s almost brand new. Nice decor and new carpet new bed sheets. I requested a quiet room so I got one overlooking a lovely courtyard.

Who doesn’t like waking up at 6am to construction? That’s the first thing they should advertise when you book this place. Since I have max status, I like asking for a room upgrade. They assured me that this was a “nearly renovated” room. What I got was a poorly designed room already falling apart. The thermostat was hanging by the wires and constantly shutting off, the door stop was falling apart, and the shower wouldn’t drain. Why you might ask? Because the drain was covered underneath the drain cover. Like any good customer, I asked maintenance to come in and take a look at it. Apparently, the maintenance and front desk people don’t communicate with each other. This is a fantastic business model, especially considering the kitchen staff is rude as rude can be. How is this place in business is beyond my understanding. You have incompetent/rude staff who don’t communicate with one another and rooms that are in worse quality than vintage hotels. This place isn’t worth whatever you save. Spend a little more and you will get a whole lot more value and most importantly, a good night sleep.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had recently. You can start with the location. It’s in the back parking lot of a Ross dress for less. Secondly, I checked in at 3 o’clock after driving for 12 hours and I want to catch an hour nap but there’s construction banging all around me until 5 o’clock. $250 hold on my card for an 18 hour stay. A giant bright blue light above the nightstand for the light that lights up the entire room I had to sleep facing only one direction otherwise it was like staring into a spotlight. Then the person in the room next to me kept slamming their microwave door every minute for about 20 minutes at 10 PM. Good thing when I checked in, I double checked to make sure they have the turkey sausage in the morning because it’s the only reason I stay here. Do you think they had it? Nope. And not to mention, the elevator was disgusting smeared with dirty handprints and I don’t mean greasy I mean, dirt like construction and concrete dirt smeared all over. I saw it there yesterday and it was still there this morning. I’ve even seen people that work at the hotel riding up and down in the elevator. They must be bad employees because I pick up toilet paper, scraps, and stuff off the floor in our bathroom at work. These employees were perfectly fine with seeing the handprints smeared all over the elevator, and they didn’t care. Definitely one of my worst stays ever. I hope the maids don’t wonder why they don’t get a tip.
