  The rooms are nice but I was here for work. And the house keeper supposed clean the room every other day they didn't I had to call for towels every day and my grill was stolen and my door dash food was stolen . This was reported to manager and his response was contact the door dash person and told me it was not a camera on that side of the building where my grill was stolen

  The accommodations were okay. We experienced an initial lack of towels and promptly contacted the front desk for resolution. The rooms themselves are comfortable; there was plenty of parking. The on-site restaurant offered a highly restricted menu, with chicken strips being the sole available option. No continental breakfast was provided.

  The rooms feel cheapened. You can't ose the curtains to block out any light. The bathroom doesn't have a fan. But my biggest complaint is that they charge you to park. $25 a night. Like where else am I going to park? It's extremely predatory and bends you over a barrel; of course you have to pay it, what else are you going to do with your car?? I'd give 0 stars if I had a choice, never again.

  Don't book here and especially don't book on Priceline.com. They have very predatory booking policies, which set a cancellation date prior to the booking date and invalidate any refund. Very nasty practice indeed. The front desk is non-responsive and dodges any complaint and request.

  The staff was genuinely warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the room was clean, which I always appreciate. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. That said, the property is showing its age in a way that's hard to overlook. The furnishings and finishes feel old and worn, and while it's clear some cosmetic updates have been made, it feels more like a surface-level touch-up than a true renovation. This hotel really needs a full, top-to-bottom remodel to match what guests expect at this price point. There's a good foundation here with the service and cleanliness — the bones are there — but the physical space needs serious investment to catch up.
