The parking fee was not clearly disclosed and turned out to be quite expensive — I only found out about it during the check-in. The room itself wasn’t in good condition: the bed frame was torn and the AC/Heater wasn’t working. I tried calling the front desk about the AC issue, but no one answered and then I had to go down to some other building for same. When I finally reached, I was asked to switch buildings, and it took about an hour before I was given a new room. Later, I got to know a room was available in the same corridor. I was upset with the service.

The entire location inside and out was very clean. Ample entrances and exits. The area of town felt safe. All elevators and machines were working perfectly. Overall I am extremely satisfied and would use this hotel every time I visit!
