Ya en la entrada uno se preocupa por el olor de las alfombras y cuando entre en la habitación solo pensé en irme pero ya era muy tarde. El olor de las moquete es insoportable, increíble nunca pensé que algo podía oler tan mal. Para completar a mi compañera al otro día amaneció llena de picadas de pulgas 😭😬No vayas!!! 🤮🤮🤮

Alla mattina mi sono svegliata con il corpo pieno di bubboni rossi che mi fanno un prurito fortissimo, sicuramente cimici del materasso. Ho un orecchio enorme per varie punture . Per di più il riscaldamento faceva un rumore assordante e la stanza puzzava in una maniera assurda . Ho chiesto il cambio stanza e l’altra che mi hanno dato era ancora peggio , non funzionava neppure il lavandino , l’acqua rimaneva stagnante per ore . Una vergogna incredibile quest’hotel ! E non è neppure economico 🤮

The parking fee was not clearly disclosed and turned out to be quite expensive — I only found out about it during the check-in. The room itself wasn’t in good condition: the bed frame was torn and the AC/Heater wasn’t working. I tried calling the front desk about the AC issue, but no one answered and then I had to go down to some other building for same. When I finally reached, I was asked to switch buildings, and it took about an hour before I was given a new room. Later, I got to know a room was available in the same corridor. I was upset with the service.
