    Location is great right off 101 check in was smooth. For a Holiday Inn expected to have complimentary breakfast since most my family and stayed in has it. Room is good average nothing fancy it has small fridge and small microwave. Only concern is the bathroom tiles around the shower do have mold. Didn't have Floor rug/towel for the shower and only had 2 towels (booked for family of 4) . Customer service is good called front desk for more towels and they were able to take it up to our room without the hustle of picking it up at the front desk.

    We stayed at this Holiday Inn for two nights and were disappointed with the service and housekeeping standards. Our reservation clearly indicated four guests. However, on the first night, the room was stocked with only two bath towels. There was also no non-slip bath mat provided. When we tried calling the front desk from the room to request additional towels and a bath mat, the phone did not connect. The next morning, we spoke to the front desk in person and specifically requested four towels and a non-slip bath mat. When we returned later that day, there were four bath towels in the room, but the bath mat was still missing. Additionally, the room had not been made up. This experience fell below the expected standard for a Holiday Inn property. Basic guest needs such as sufficient towels, a bath mat for safety, and daily housekeeping should not require repeated requests.

    Worst stay. Lack of basic towels. Not mentioning enough towels for 4 guests. Invalid front desk dail from room. Never able to reach frontdesk via phones. Facilities are so old.

    I got my asthma attack because of this place, they didnt clean the AC Filter and only the AC fan was working i was trying calling the front desk but the phone wasnt working too

    We stayed at this Holiday Inn on January 20th for one night and checked out on January 21st. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. After checkout, we realized we had accidentally left behind a Samsung watch, earbuds, and a jacket in the room. We immediately tried calling the front desk multiple times, but most calls went unanswered. When someone finally picked up, we were told that no housekeeping staff was available and that there were no notes regarding lost items, but that we would receive a call back. No one ever contacted us. The following day, we went to the hotel in person, hoping to resolve the issue. The front desk assistant simply told us that there was no way to find the items. This was especially concerning since the last known location of our items shows the hotel. As tourists visiting San Francisco, this was a very upsetting experience, particularly on our first day of the trip. Losing valuable personal belongings is stressful enough, but the lack of responsiveness, accountability, and basic customer service made it far worse. We expected better communication and assistance from a see this kind of service from a brand like Holiday Inn. Sadly, this experience left us disappointed and frustrated.
