When I spoke with the manager about it there was no getting through to him about this charge and was told "that's what it is!" If I could give this hotel no stars I would. Definitely will not be staying at this location again or recommend to anyone. Pathetic this place

Any problems that you have in the room are addressed immediately. The restaurant staff is awesome, the breakfast is delicious. The room are spacious and comfortable extremely clean, but the best thing is the way the entire staff makes you feel so important is just WOW.
