I cannot say enough about this hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and special. Any problems that you have in the room are addressed immediately. The restaurant staff is awesome, the breakfast is delicious. The room are spacious and comfortable extremely clean, but the best thing is the way the entire staff makes you feel so important is just WOW.

Quiet and safe area. Staff were friendly and room was clean. In-room microwave and fridge were a plus.
I did the digital check in and chose what I thought was a corner room (727) based on the floor plan they had available, but unfortunately it was next to a laundry room. So every time someone ran a machine, it shook the entire room. We were asleep in bed and were jolted awake at 8am thinking it was an earthquake.
Thankfully no one ran it late at night. I do wish things like that (laundry rooms, housekeeping rooms, etc) are disclosed in the floor plan as it’s misleading. Something to keep in mind if you’re choosing or are assigned this room!

We have stayed here a couple times now and were very happy with our experience both times. The hotel is tucked back among some tech companies close to the waterfront and the area is very quiet on the weekends (we haven't stayed during the week.) We love that we can park the car at check-in, for the night, and walk to the nearby shopping center (1 block away) which has plenty of great stores, a multitude of dining choices and a really cool arcade with bowling, a bar and more! Also within walking distance are a couple of parks and the area is quite nice to stroll.
The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. I was impressed from the moment we pulled in to the parking lot (parking is free). Room was modern and clean and the hotel is nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast buffet includes a good selection including made-to-order omelets.(Breakfast is not included in the room rate, but see pro tip below) The hotel is quite inexpensive as well, I guess there is a lot of competition in the area because SFO is near.
We don't live that far away (1.5 hours drive) but love coming here for an easy mini-vacation due to the affordable rate, the great stay and the proximity to Half Moon Bay (among many other things). We can wake up, eat at the hotel and be at the beach in less than 30 minutes drive. The pool is outdoors and although it may be heated (not sure) it is still cold since we stayed on cool, Fall nights. My daughter still braved it!
The second time we stayed my wife and I had the best Old Fashioned we have ever had, at the hotel bar! Hats off to the bartender, I forget her name, but she made a killer drink!
Pro tip: book breakfast at the same time as your reservation and you will feed the room for a few dollars a head, compared to $12 at check-in or $24 the morning of (don't quote me on these prices).
We can't wait to be back soon!

We have only stayed there one time for a night. It was a very nice Hilton property in a very nice area of town, shopping centers within easy walking distance. Very nice hotel but not luxury property.
We typically stay at Hilton properties because we are Hilton Honors members.
