They said it was fine then charged me like a month later. It would have been fine if they just told me right away but because it was so long down the road it was all coming out of my pocket other than getting reimbursed for it. Turned into a whole thing emailing back and forth sending IDs and adding a bunch of work I didn’t need. Management just ended up ghosting me. I’ve stayed at 100s of Marriotts and this one stands out in being a super big pain.
