Everything our little family could want and done well…a pool, hot tub, fitness center, breakfast included, Wi-Fi, and friendly, accommodating staff. In particular, Des was very welcoming when we arrived for breakfast. Side note, we walked to the Madonna Inn for dinner and had a memorable family adventure exploring the grounds. Such an amazing value!!!
- RFRiza Flores-cuencaMar 29, 20264.0We stayed for couple nights and we enjoy the stay except the person who checked us in is not very friendly. I love the breakfast specially the lady attendant in the breakfast hall. Des is very friendly and helpful. I’ll probably stay again to come and see her.
- WWWill WrightMar 24, 20261.0Called in at 9:30 A.M. to have room cleaned,at 4:30 P.M. room was never cleared..Called and they said they would send someone right up now 5:30 know one hear yet...SAD service here here..then went down stairs and can't talk to a manager because there is none they give you a email.5:45 they show up and finish at 6:30 PM.Then BB come up and call you a liar and they dont put sheets like that on the bed, and there is proof and 5 witness.,,So sad loved best western,,what makes me mad is not sorry it was like that but to say we dont do that..

Was so fun to see a puppy tear into the toys in the lobby that I wish we had a dog to bring. We’ve come here consistently since our son’s been at Cal Poly and I realized I never gave a shout-out!

Customer service is excellent and the best part was meeting Des the breakfast host, who is the most genuine person and gave us recommendations on places to visit within the area!
