Room was clean, sharp, and fully equipped like someone actually cared. Real fridge, real microwave, not those tiny decorative ones. Plenty of space to breathe, nice private balcony, and a beautiful view that reminds you you’re in San Juan Capistrano, not stuck behind a gas station somewhere. Everything felt solid, well-maintained, and professional. Service has always been polite and smooth, no attitude, no nonsense. Breakfast is actually good, not the usual sad excuses—fresh, clean setup, and handled properly. I’ve stayed here multiple times now, and every time it delivers the same consistency. Bottom line: this is easily one of the best deals in San Juan Capistrano. Expensive area, but this place gives you comfort, cleanliness, and dignity without destroying your wallet. If you know, you know. This is the smart man’s choice.

The bathroom is a closet (with a shower on the side) that you can barely turn around in to close the door. Overall I've stayed in fireworks places however this is nowhere near my first pick, Even on a budget stay.
