Too terrible to give them even one star. The person who checked me in at 7 PM seemed uninterested in my business. He had sullen and gloomy face. This motel should not be called a Best Western.

The lights at the vanity area with sink do not work properly; it took more than 30 minutes before the lights finally on. The front desk did not come to check the room after we called and asked for help. The bathroom shower tile is so dirty, with black stains--who knows what. This place should be closed down. I actually booked online for Holiday Inn Express, which was next building, but the booking kept on leading me to this Best Western place...so frustrated with the whole experience.

So every time I had to leave the room someone had to open the door to let me in. I asked for another room the receptionist told me to stay in the other hotel Holliday Inn

Our room was absolutely spotless every single day, we stayed here for a week, thanks to the dedicated housekeeping staff. Simply fantastic, a great start to the morning. I must also give a special mention to the professional and welcoming front desk assistant Harry & Kris; their attention to detail made our check-in process effortless. This property truly excels in providing a superior guest experience.
