  I stayed here for 4-5 times already, love the location, super easy access to the airport and offices when you're here for work. Room is nice, much better in person. But what the reviews say are true: if you stay in the smaller building (same with lobby) I found the water is lukewarm as best, not hot. Also it's impossible to get new towels, none of the times I requested I got new towels. You basically need to chase for the cleaners or insist to wait at lobby till you get it. Staffs are super nice but I have no idea why.

  Was in town for a conference and stayed here in October 2025. This property is currently managed by Hilton under the Spark banner. It was until recently a La Quinta. The property surprised me. It looks better than the pics and I was extremely impressed by the staff and service. Note, it is a like a crossover motel/hotel. Some rooms are facing inside in the hallway, some outside. Almost looks like an apartment complex. The decor is updated and as well was the furniture and decorations to match the new brand and management. It is easy to get to if you are looking to find a place by the airport within reach of the businesses in the area. On my particular visit I left behind an item in the room and I texted the management and within minutes confirmed my item and shipped it back. The service was impeccable and was very impressed. The property isn't all that but for the brand just right. I'd stay here for sure again. Note, not a lot of dining options unless you are driving and have a car. Parking is appropriate for the property size.

  Booked this hotel a week early after speaking with the hotel directly about a possible early check in. They confirmed it wouldn't be a problem. I also confirmed via their chat system on the Hilton app. One day before my arrival, I reconfirmed with them and they advised it would be a $35 fee. They did not advise this before booking. I have it in a Hilton chat via the app... On arrival, I was told they would not let me check in early at all. This despite the fact that the night before they had 20+ rooms open. I tried to cancel the reservation, but it was past the time and they would not allow it. Horrible service, horrible management. Absolutely find another place to stay. It's worth the extra money.

  Spark hotel was a bad experience. Beds were very uncomfortable. No one made the beds after I stopped by and requested it. On the second day I also requested toilet paper and the never brought it, I had to use the restroom in the lobby and then grab toilet paper from there to take to my room. The next morning when I saw housekeeping I was able to get some from her. The room is not bad, no bugs like other people were saying. The airport noise was not to bad at all. More noise came from some rowdy people in the halls, and slamming doors.

  The service was terrible, I stayed there 4 nights and the room was cleaned only once, with only one of the beds made because a small bag was left in the other. The room ran out of toilet paper and after asking multiple times for more they never brought any to the room so I had to go to their public restroom instead. Never received extra towels or had trash picked up after asking multiple times. The breakfast was lack luster as it’s only bagels and muffins. The halls smelled of mildew.
