Had one of the worst experiences in my life. Had booked for the night of 25th December and reached hotel at night 1AM. No one was there to check us in. I was with my family with 4yr old and a 5month infant. After waiting for 1.5hrs till 2.30AM in the morning, I had to eventually make alternative arrangements at that time of the night. After following up for 4 days with the hotel fir a compensation, the manager finally agree to talk directly and all they did was apologise and offer me another night stay at a discounted rate which was anyway available to me on 3rd party sites. Effectively offering me no compensation for all the hardship. After a while she threatened me that I will be escorted out of the property. While cannot comment on the rooms, the behaviour of the staff especially the manager was very bad. Taking no responsibility for the hardship they made me and my family go through at that time of the night.

Amazing experience! The woman working Saturday morning around 10 a.m. (01/03/26) was absolutely wonderful. Her warm demeanor and positive attitude during our early check-in made us feel genuinely welcomed, especially after an exhausting 4 a.m. travel day. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. I had read in other reviews that plane noise could be a bit loud, and as a light sleeper I did notice it, but earplugs did the trick. My husband, however, had no issue at all. The only minor downside was that the doors are a bit thin, so hallway conversations were sometimes audible. Overall, a great stay and one I’d definitely recommend!

If you’re looking for a quick stay hotel right next to the airport, it’s not a bad pick. The front desk staff was sweet during our overnight stay, but I can’t comment on the room service since we were in and out in less than 24 hours. I’ve stayed overnight in a few hotels in this area for early morning flights and, while fairly cheap, it has a few important downsides you should consider.

I'm usually ok with basic hotels but in this case they crossed the line. The water were too cold to shower, we complained multiple days and the didn't fix that. They even had the nerve to ask us to talk with the management, hinting the management ignores the front desk. There are other issues such as no isolation, you can hear all the rooms around you, bad mattress, etc. ; Yet, hot water is my red line. I will avoid this chain now on.

Horrible experience. I prepaid online through Priceline, but when I arrived to check in the guy refused to give me the room until I paid for the room (again) plus put money for the deposit. I stated I would be happy to give him a card for the deposit, but I had already paid in full. When I swiped the card it was declined, because (I discovered) he was attempting to charge me the full price off the room AGAIN plus the deposit. I repeatedly showed him my booking confirmation email (showing it was paid in full) along with my bank app showing that the payment had been made the month prior. After 10 min of him insisting I have to pay for the ALREADY PAID FOR ROOM, I contacted Priceline through chat. They confirmed the room was paid for and that I did not need to pay again. I showed the guy the chat response and he still refused to give me the room. I then called Priceline who again stated that I had already paid and should not pay again. Priceline then attempted to call the front desk while I was on hold and the guy refused to answer. He then rudely stated his manager told him to give me the room and would figure it out in the morning. He gave us directions to our room and we followed them only to discover that the room was not inside like he said, but had an outside access (one of only a couple rooms). The worst part is TWO of the four nights the front desk assigned the room I was in to another person. As I was sleeping I had people repeatedly swiping their room cards and trying to come in the room thinking it was theirs (they had the same room number as mine printed on the envelope and the card was active to get into the room).
