  I'm not picky at all with hotels or hostels or whatever. This place was clean and well priced but holy hell was it loud . All night I can hear TVs, babies crying, cats starting and running, people ealking. The walls must be super thin.

  공항 근처라서 조금 시끄럽긴 하지만 나머지는 모두 만족스러웠어요. 수압이 낮다는 리뷰가 있어 걱정했는데 수압도 적정했고 시설도 다 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 조식도 괜찮았고 어메니티도 잘 갖춰져 있어서 편리했습니다.

  Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) The "Hilton" Rebrand That Missed the Mark My recent stay at the Spark by Hilton near SJC was a bit of an eye-opener regarding what the brand considers a "renovation." While the exterior features a new fountain and a fresh coat of paint, it’s hard to ignore the feeling that this is simply a budget motel with a new logo slapped on the front. The Room & Comfort * The Bed: If you prefer a sleeping surface that mimics the firmness of the floor, you’ll be right at home. It was "okay," but definitely on the extra-firm side of the spectrum. * Amenities: A major disappointment was the lack of an in-room coffee pot. This became a much larger issue once I tried the communal coffee (more on that below). * Cleanliness: On a positive note, the room was mostly clean, which is one of the few reasons this isn't a one-star review. Dining & Breakfast * Morning Coffee: This was the low point of the stay. I poured my coffee black, only to find mysterious white specks floating in it. * Continental Breakfast: Very basic. It’s exactly what you’d expect from a low-end budget motel rather than a Hilton-affiliated property. Property & Logistics * Parking: The lot is poorly designed and cramped. It’s also shared with the adjacent Burger King, making for a chaotic and at times congested environment. * Staff: The service was the highlight of the stay. The staff members were polite and professional despite the property’s shortcomings. > Final Verdict: I’m incredibly thankful I used points for this stay instead of cash. Between the floating debris in the coffee, poor room amenities, and the "lipstick on a pig" renovation feel, I won’t be returning. There are better options near SJC for your money (or your points).

  Family of 4 we had great experience. The hotel was very clean, service excellent, breakfast was not the best but grateful that we have something. Easy grab and go. Nearby airport but only few planes flyby, definitely quite at night. Definitely we will be back.

  Had one of the worst experiences in my life. Had booked for the night of 25th December and reached hotel at night 1AM. No one was there to check us in. I was with my family with 4yr old and a 5month infant. After waiting for 1.5hrs till 2.30AM in the morning, I had to eventually make alternative arrangements at that time of the night. After following up for 4 days with the hotel fir a compensation, the manager finally agree to talk directly and all they did was apologise and offer me another night stay at a discounted rate which was anyway available to me on 3rd party sites. Effectively offering me no compensation for all the hardship. After a while she threatened me that I will be escorted out of the property. While cannot comment on the rooms, the behaviour of the staff especially the manager was very bad. Taking no responsibility for the hardship they made me and my family go through at that time of the night.
