The only downside was on the kitchen utensils which we wished to be more maintained, e.g.: dull knife. Nevertheless, great overall experience.

However we had an incident due to which I am giving a low rating - after we checked in the room , a hotel employee opened and peeped into the room without checking or knocking as door was not complexly shut in. This is pretty unprofessional for a place of this standard. The receptionist gave an excuse saying they were checking for security reasons .
