The location is great...right across the street from the trolley. We took the trolley to Levi Stadium to enjoy the football game. We are planning another visit soon.

Room was spacious, great natural lighting, cold air conditioning. Only complaints were lack of outlets (only 5 plugs) and the bathroom fan was not working, but no other concerns. Complementary coffee and tea with a keurig in the room and a mini fridge was awesome. Right across the street from the VTA. Would absolutely stay here again.

When I asked how the area was a far as break ins they said not to leave anything in the truck. Which is good advice in general. After saying that they said they charged for parking. I asked them why I have to pay for parking if you can't guarantee my vehicle is secure. She said they have a patrol. Decor is dated. Food and drink at the full service bar/restaurant was ridiculous...$8 for a draft beer. $30 for a flank steak penned dish they were featuring, probably cost them $6-$8 to make. I went next door to 7-11 for a couple energy drinks in the morning and such. Only spent $20 Soap was in the conditioner. The drawers wouldn't stay closed on anything... and they were facing two different directions so the "sag" was toward the middle of the room. Must've banged my knee on the dresser drawer 3 or 4 times I won't stay here again.
