My particular room on the 7th floor was mixed with newer carpeting and old tile in the bathroom. The furniture looks like it came off the set of an old TV show. My view from the window was over looking the the same period of the 70's architecture in the surrounding neighborhood. What's missing is a local coffee shop you might be able to walk to. 7-11 doesn't count.
