The sink/faucet design is problematic. The faucet is placed at a corner of a rectangular sink so there is no room for you to place your hands for washing.
Breakfast was good. Receptionist was friendly and professional.

Very disappointing stay. The Sunday I arrived (2nd) there was no hot water. Was told 4 times by the front desk "the maintenance guy" restarted the boiler and you should have hot water in 20 minutes. This was at 5pm, 7pm, 9pm and 11pm. Had to settle for a cold shower morning and it was fixed by Monday Evening. I don't appreciate being mislead. The TV in the room did not work properly. Was reported by never fixed. The breakfast is mediocre at best. If that's a award winning breakfast I would hate to see what the loser have to offer. The was no cleaning at all during a 1 week stay.

We stayed one night here due to their allowing larger dogs with a competitive fee of $75 (we have 2). We checked in at 4:45 and our room was not ready which seemed a bit odd but the young man at the front desk worked it all out for us and we only had to wait about 5 minutes. The parking lot in back and around dumpster is absolutely filthy. All of the landscaped areas have tons of trash, so it appears they may not have maintenance staff to keep grounds kept up. Breakfast was solid, nice array of choices as far as free breakfast goes. The room was clean, beds were very firm but sleep quality was fine.

11-01-25 we stayed a nigh and we didn’t heard any flight or any other noises. Room 521 was clean with modern modified bathroom and furniture. View is kinda nice on sunrise. Service was great at check-in and on breakfast. Breakfast was included and served in a smooth nice vibe. Pool is too small. Parking lot is already full despite of $10 bucks charge, reception said ok to park next to the redline. Location was good for us due to night event at Art Performance Center which was only 10min drive. Check pictures please.

I was assigned a room overlooking 1st street with the light rail train bell ringing every time it comes by, motor bikes, and other traffic noise. I called the front desk requesting a different room and was told they are sold out. I said I’m not satisfied and will not be coming back. The lady hung up on me. That’s my experience. So much for the Hampton satisfaction guarantee. Big meeting tomorrow and I’m expecting a sleepless night.
