- MCMarco CisnerosDec 29, 20251.0I don't like to leave bad reviews at all, but I stayed here for two nights and the 1st night all the stuff from my truck got stolen ( they have "security", but he was just hanging out at his SUV all day/night). I will not stay here anymore or recommend this place to anyone who I care about. Good service and food here, but is not secure.

And as I assume most people like a hot shower, YOUR NOT GETTING ONE HERE, I’ve showered at all times of the day, it’s Luke warm at best.. VERY DISAPPOINTING.. BREAKFAST ISN’T ANYTHING SPECIAL AS WELL.

They also apparently don't clean the room or empty trash unless you specifically ask them to, and neglected to mention that on sign in. I've stayed at 1 starotels that were nicer.

Pool is not heated and the whole reason we chose it was for my kids to swim indoor so that was upsetting . Got a king size bed paid for one of the bigger rooms and bed was extremely hard and pillows were terrible . The upsides are that the room was a nice size and breakfast was good. Not ideal for kids
- YRYogesh RaneDec 15, 20254.0Great stay at this place. Not sure why the bad reviews. Checked in via mobile app. Only issue was the mobile key was not working so had to go to the front desk. Apparently, another company controls this so the hotel employees don't have any control over it. The room was sparkling clean. The TV had a welcome message on it. I was greeted from the staff and got a welcome gift of chips and water for being a Hilton Hhonors gold member. Facility comes with a pool, laundry area and exercise room. The suite is nice and large and has a sitting area. A good, convenient location to the airport and a quick walk to local restaurants.
