    This place was the WORST! My bedding was covered in makeup I had to change my own sheets cause they clearly did not. Once I did I noticed that the duvet cover is actually just a flat sheet so you are sleeping with the same insert as every other person who’s been in that room (unwashed). They really need to get actual duvet covers - super unsanitary. Our bathroom door also literally fell off the hinges.

    Everything was good. The room was a little dark but clean and functional. AC/Heater was old and water pressure low. Other than that it wasn't bad. Close to many places to ear. We had a pretty pleasant stay.

    Got scammed by this location. Made a reservation. When I attempted to check in, I was told that the hotel was over booked and that the hotel was supposed to call me and tell me that my reservation needed to be cancelled by them. I never received a call from them. I was also told I would not be charged but I did get charged. When trying to get my refund, the manager said that they were not over booked that night and that I attempted to cancel my reservation which is a blatant lie. They are refusing to refund me. Would not recommend location and will not be coming back.

    Muy bueno el hotel, la ubicación, la comida solo un pequeño error que tienen a una señora MARIE atendiendo a los huéspedes (no deberían tener este tipo de personas en un lugar tan bueno como este hotel) Y sentí discriminación por parte de ella hacia mí simplemente por decirme que mi vestimenta era inadecuada para el hotel ( estaba en ropa deportiva) venía del gym y me dice que me ponga un abrigo Yo solo no me hospedé un día ni 2, llevo 1 semana hospedada en el hotel Para que ella tenga este tipo de tratos con los huéspedes Falta de respeto hacia mí y hacia mi esposo porque se lo dijo a él ya que no hablo inglés y él me tradujo. La verdad sólo por esa persona no recomendaría este hotel a nadie, yo vivo en San José y cuando me pregunten por el hotel diré la mala persona que tienen en servicio al cliente Marie

    This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had. My husband and I travel ALOT for work. We stay in several hotels often throughout the month all over the country. This was our first time at a Hampton Inn. Is was a comparable price and we thought let's give it a try. We booked and paid for our room weeks out. After a long day of work, we got to our hotel to check in to find out they canceled our reservations without even telling us! I don't blame the lady at the counter, but she very casually was just like "you've been canceled we're over capacity." I'm sorry, I paid you to hold my room. We made a deal When I gave you money! We're like homeless now. After sitting in our car for 45 minutes talking to priceline just to get my money back, because they had to call your stinking hotel to figure out why we were canceled and that took forever. I'm finally back at a Holiday Inn. They always treat me well. They've never canceled. And they got us in at midnight. And the guy at the front desk was nicer too.
