The room very clean which is the most important to me. The towels werent harsh which is nice. Parking was spacious. The free breakfast was typical. Wifi connection was good. Only thing i have to say is the tub was slippery and i almost slipped so maybe they could add a bathmat or something.

Worst Hilton experience. Had three rooms prior to check in and unfortunately had the news day of that one room was canceled. Upon check-in , when inquiring , if that third room was feasible was met with hostility and told “I needed to share the rooms the room” . Hospitality was awful; late night guests looked for the complimentary dispensary water which was out; and the front desk workers couldn’t be bothered to fill up the water (which there were two workers by the way). When for water bottles at night, since water was out, we couldn’t even get those as Hilton honor member, because they were “out”; but they were happy to charge us for some. Be aware- you needs to ask for extra towels and items because staying over night they will NOT automatically clean, replenish or make your room up. Stay away.

There is or was a homeless camp across the street but I think the city is cleaning it up or at least reducing people in tents.
The hotel is great and can’t really help how the city handles the homeless.
Rooms are clean, price is good, service is good. I feel like the current 3.8 star rating isn’t reflective of this place overall when you consider the value for your money.

We always stay at this hotel when we are in San Jose. Rooms are always clean and you feel welcomed. The area is also nice with plenty of shops/food within walking distance.
