My family stayed here a week for Christmas and our experience was not good. First the room is so dark and outdated . No fridge and no room cleaning service for 4-5 days unless you call . At day 5 right the days before we checked out we have to called twice to request a new towels and sheet . they never change or give us new ones. We have to take out our own trash, dirty towels and leave in front of the door outside our room on the hallway. We booked two rooms connect to each other and paid double as usual but they’re also charged $30/day on top of your room to park your car. Also $75 for service dog to stay there . The front desk person when we checked in was nice but other than that we didn’t like it . The worst part is there was no microwave anywhere in whole entire facility which I found really annoying and inconvenient if you brought something left over from the restaurant. You can’t warm them up anywhere. I came down and asked the front desk girl to warm up my quick lunch. She said we don’t have microwave. Ridiculous for 3 stars hotel don’t even have microwave and a fridge for people to keep their food, water or buying snacks to eat for the rainy days that you don’t want to go out . I was not recommending this hotel if you want to stay with your family.

We stayed at this hotel after our flight was cancelled. After having a very average experience with hotels in Orlando we found this hotel refreshing. The beds were comfy, very minimal light in the hotel room at night, quiet ac systems and the room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here even though it was short. The lobby was beautiful to relax in as well and has a small convenience store which was great.

I’m only giving three starts because of the affordable prices we got for one night. The receptionist lady was very rude to us when checking in. It was our first time here. No guide, no welcome, and no introduction to the amenities. Charged our card and gave us keys. The room key worked terribly as well. 1 out of 10 times will the door when open even when it shows it’s unlocked. The parking is also WAY overpriced. In the morning when checking out, the lobby had spilled coffee on the floor. We passed by serval times and no one cleaned it up and it somehow made the elevator floor completely sticky as well. I used to hear great things about this 4 star hotel and was excited to stay here. It was just disappointing stay overall.

Its close to the San Jose Airport. The room was ok at best. For the price you think there be free breakfast in the morning. The vent air smelled unpleasant when i turned the air on. When I arrived at the San Jose airport I called the shuttle they offered and waited at the promt area I was asked to go said be 5-10mins 30mins later the shuttle still never showed so I ended up walking to the hotel I didn't even bother to ask for a ride back to the airport. If you have other options check them out.

This hotel is convenient and affordable, coming in half the price for similar accomodations nearby. The hotel itself is just old - the rooms are old, some furniture has clearly seen better days (seats and benches with springs popping through in the lobby, for example), TVs were small and askew, and the water pressure in the shower left something to bed desired. That said: the beds were comfortable, internet worked, service was impeccable, the food at the hotel bar was great for a quick meal, and the location was excellent. For business travel where I care about affordability, accessibility and a minimum of fuss, I'd highly recommend and will be a repeat guest.
