  Overpriced and not upto standard. The rooms are old moldy and not clean. Avoid 3rd floor. Changed rooms and still same level of disappointment. Not going to use Hilton again. Been a loyal honours member for a longtime.

  Not the place! if you dont mind spending money on a microwave and a refrigerator. If you are a worker and want to spend less, do not come to this hotel and they will make you spend more. Clean, but not accommodating for truckers.

  The rooms are nasty and outdated. While I will praise the comfy beds I do believe more attention and detail should be paid to upgrading their rooms. Our door for the bathroom was from the 70s at best. The chair had stains everywhere and the carpet was outdated looking. More attention needs to be paid to cleaning as well. We Had stickers on our headboard. And There were no trashcan in the room.

  Rooms were dated….but we didn’t spend too long in the room. Cleaning crew (for the rooms) were very nice and efficient. Linens were good quality (towels even were fluffy and bigger than most I’ve had at hotels). Front desk staff and breakfast employees very friendly and able to accommodate requests (ps- thanks for the cookies and extra pillows). UPS store owner even had a cable he sold my husband to connect to TV so we could stream movies. Gift shop staff made nice conversation and pleasant to speak with. Parking was pretty easy with large area. This hotel had quite a few hockey teams and didn’t seem bothered by all the kids (some hotels are not as welcoming ). Uber and Lyft drivers always picked up fast from the area and friendly. Thankyou Doubletree ….keep up the good work.

  If a 1980s time machine is what you're looking for, THIS IS IT! The carpet has faded and is on its way back to dark again. Bathroom decor straight outta Stranger Things and heavily yellowed surfaces from decades of fluorescent lamps. Corian! Authentic Corian countertops! The only thing missing from a compelte retro experience is the giant box TV that hums ominously at startup. "Well worn" is not "rustic charm". The millwork and wood around the elevators is so beat up it's reminiscent of Disney's Thunder Mountain Railroad. And the price.... Totally bogus, dude. $208 for this trip back to the future. But hey, its California, California, California UBER ALLES! where dreams go to die and everything is long on promise and short on delivery. The whole property seems to be living the glory days of overpriced gift shops and palacial conference rooms reeking of last night's spaghetti buffet for the local pipefitter's union dance. I'm shocked the gym doesn't have a lost and found with neon legwarmers. But, for a place to crash for 12 hours, I'll totally do it again. 3 stars only because it's close to the airport.
