- JEJulie Edwards6 days ago2.0Room appeared clean. Beds were clean. However, there were hand print smear marks on the walls and after my son walked around a bit, his feet were sticky from the carpet. Later in the evening, the toilet broke and rather than moving us to another room, since the place was very empty, they gave my husband a piece of string and a paper clip to fix it ourselves. Would not stay here again. Only good thing was the breakfast.

The rooms are nicely appointed with microwave, mini fridge, and large TVs. The beds are very firm, more than I'm used to, and I had trouble sleeping on them. The location is super convenient: 10 minute bus ride to downtown SJ on the 22 (which comes every 15 minutes) and walking distance from the Santa Clara caltrain station. I also enjoyed walking to Voyager coffee and the other restaurants down the street.

- CCchester copperpotOct 19, 20251.0I requested a refund cause Kaiser apparently housed a individual from the hospital there, he was in a room across from my door and started screaming inciting violence toward me, I opened my door to see what was going on, he was looking for a fight. Like 10 police cars showed up and they were asking him if he a had a gun, very scary.
