False advertisement on hotel.com . I requested crib as advertisement but I was told its not available. When I ask to clean microwave and fridge in the room at 4.30 pm i was told that they cannot do it as cleaning staff left.
Location is good just off the highway.
Lot of parking with security cameras.

Room was nice, until my wife saw a cockroach! They refunded my money right there and then. Desk clerk was very understanding and apologetic. Won't EVER go back

We accidentally left a blanket and stuffed animal behind in the room. When we called later that day, they lied and acted like they weren’t there. Clearly the items had been taken by the staff, and they were trying to cover up. The lying was made more obvious by their rudeness in the conversation. Generally the stay was bland and the staff had seemed disengaged to begin with, but this last part really made it a bad experience.

Quiet unfortunate experience!
The stay itself was good, but was wrongfully charged $340 by the property itself after a third party booking. When I called and asked for details-man on phone was rude and not giving me details on reasons for charge.
WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN or be recommending this place.
