  This is a terrible hotel. Booked through external booker and the transfer to the key app didn't transfer over. Since there is no front desk reception staff, we called a number, who didn't answer. It took 20 minutes to check in since the error on the app just said, "pending" and was vague. Called again and it was sorted out. Later in the evening, there was a homeless person just smoking from a pipe on the steps of the hotel, again because no front desk reception address this. Room had bleech stains on the carpet, and the bathroom needed more cleaning, found a lot of hairs from the previous person. It's just a place to rest your head and it is barely passable at that. We have tried to call their customer service afterwards and they have never replied to any of our contact attempts.

  I had a great stay at this inn in San Francisco. It’s a small place, but very cozy and comfortable. The service was excellent; everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the stay feel very welcoming. The location is also amazing. It’s in the Italian neighborhood, which felt very safe and full of great restaurants and cafés within walking distance. It was the perfect area to explore the city.

  The hotel is great, it's super convenient to have the key on your phone. The location is great, there are so many things around. We unfortunately came when there was an event going on near by so trying to find parking was next to impossible. When everyone was gone the next day there was a ton of parking available. The hotel was recommended by a friend and I would definitely recommend and return. Affordable and convenient

  I loved this place. The location is fantastic. Digital room key and the front entry code worked perfectly, and I honestly liked not having to wait for anyone or talk to anyone. When I had a question about the shower, and then again about check-out, I texted and received immediate and friendly responses. We stayed one night in a room with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub. Room and bathroom was super clean, nice bed and bedding, cute furniture. It was spare but it was all we needed. Note: would have liked a fold-out luggage rack. 24/7 coffee, tea, and water refill station was lovely. It kind of reminded me of staying in a hostel, but a beautifully decorated and appointed hostel. Very euro and cool. We will be back.

  Cute and charming place, I had a tiny room with a good size bed... perfect, nobody needs 1000sq feet for one night, right? It's down the street from Original Joe's and other eating options. The one thing I'm just not too savvy with is the empty concierge. It's all qr code and app access. You CAN call like I did and they walk you right through it. It's fine. Will stay again. Highly recommennd.
