Los empleados son super groseros, no se esfuerzan en nada en entender a uno que hala español, no limpian el lugar del desayuno, que es muy limitado en lo que ofrecen y en el tiempo… exato dan las 9:30 y aunque estes ahi llegan y quitan todo de manera super grosera, ademas que las aguas las cobran🫠 estuvimos una semana y en domingo no hicieron limpieza, entraron a llevarse las toallas y no dejaron unas limpias.. se tardaron horas en llevarnos unas y de mala gana. Lo peor… una vez hecho el check out… intentaron en varias ocasiones hacer un cargo a mi tarjeta de cobro de botellas de agua que NO eran de su refri… nosotros ya las traiamos.
Me parece super delicado que te gan nuestros datos para hacer esos cargos NO correspondientes… ademas que aun no han hecho la devolucion del deposito que se dejo🥴. Lo del estacionamiento es verdad.. te cobran por noche y no se hacen responsables… creo deberían ser honestos y publicarse como un hotel mas basico porque si es muy deficiente a lo que anuncian a lo que dan

The location of the hotel is satisfactory, and the rooms are livable. However, the management practices are deceptive. I booked a room for three nights, and on the second day, at approximately 11:00 AM, I inquired about the possibility of checking out early, which was before the scheduled technical checkout time. I requested to remove the last day of my stay due to an unexpected work meeting that required me to be out of town. I asked the management if they would charge me for the night of my departure, and they assured me that they would not.
Upon reviewing my transactions on my bank card, I discovered that I had been charged for all three nights. I contacted the hotel, and the associate informed me that he remembered the situation. He assured me that he would speak with the manager to request a refund and would email me a receipt once the refund has been processed.
However, I have not received any updates since then, and the transaction has not been refunded on my card. Once I receive the refund and the room has been credited back to my account, I will revise my review.
