Great service from staff and overall a good stay. Room not quite as clean as you'd like (bathroom had hairs) but it was quickly resolved. Very grateful to the front desk helping get our passports we'd forgotten in the safe... TIP - parking in the nearby Zephyr Hotel very convenient and good value.
I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Zoe in San Francisco. The biggest highlight is definitely the location—it’s just a short walk to Fisherman’s Wharf, Pier 39, and other major attractions, making it super convenient for tourists.
The hotel has a cozy boutique vibe with a welcoming lobby and a nice outdoor courtyard. Rooms are clean and comfortable, though on the smaller side. The staff is generally friendly and helpful.
On the downside, parking is expensive and there are additional fees that can add up. Some rooms may also experience street noise.
Overall, a great choice if location and comfort matter more than luxury space.

The room was quite ok actually but there’s no coffee maker or kettle something like that in my room. I think that was a mandatory thing that should be available in each room. When I asked reception the kettle was limited. So weird.

The hotel “lost reservation” even with proof of payment and proof of confirmation number. Came for a work event. Hours later after already going to another hotel, they email and say they have a room, after saying they had none and could do nothing. AVOID HOTEL LIK THE PLAGUE.
Front desk is unprofessional and customer service is poor.
Nice clean hotel well located in the north beach and fisherman's Wharf.
We stayed in a junior suite and it was clean, modern and quiet. The beds are a little soft and are the pillows but it was fine.
Staff are friendly and there is coffee in the lobby until 10am. Lots of breakfast options but none well priced.
The waymos get confused with the hotel, so hail a waymo a block or two away or try to grab an uber or Lyft.
