  This hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. Considering the high price, the value is simply not there. The biggest issue is the noisy room. Unfortunately, I booked without reading the reviews first. After checking in and getting a very noisy room, I looked online and saw that many other guests have reported the same problem. It seems management is already aware of the issue, but it has still not been fixed. I would not recommend this hotel. Staffs were very polite and helpful.

  What a neat little boutique hotel! It’s conveniently located near Union Square, the trolleys, and right across from the Chinatown gate. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive and truly try to make your stay a great one! I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to San Francisco! Bravo!

  Objednala jsem tento hotel jinak protože mi vyhovuje kvůli práci ( měla jsem navštívit důležitou firmu) a také proto že mají rádi pejsky. Nicméně musím podotknout že na 4*hotel nemají ani vodu na pití na pokoji lednice je tepla, ale to je ok jenže aspoň ta voda na piti mohla by tam byt. Čistota tak na 3*( špinavé dveře v koupelně a koberec v ložnici vypadá ze má toho hodně za sebou. Na recepci kluk v roztomilé čepici byl dost arogantní a přišlo mi ze byl tam úplně poprvé protože nechápal jak funguje platba kartou, řekl mi na obě mé karty ze nefunguji, přitom to není pravda. Holka co seděla vedle něj nebyla ochotna a nepomohla mu, řekla ze ma dost své práce. ( dost zvláštní chování ve vašem týmu) Snídani opravdu hrůza, to jsem ještě nezažila, nepište prosím vás ze to je snídaně pište ze to je jen malý zákusek, ke snídani to má hodně daleko. .
