  Terrible experience. There air conditioning is not working for 3 days. I had reservations for 2 nights but had to stay in a 85F room.

  チェックインは最悪でした。IHGプラチナ会員であることの認識はして貰えず、WiFiパスワードも、朝食の場所も時間も教えて貰えず、朝食チケットがあることさえも知らされずチケットも貰えませんでした。部屋は最初17階を案内されましたが、その後すぐ8階に変更されました、理由は分かりません。部屋に入ったらセーフティボックスが壊れていて、暖房も壊れていて寒くて凍えました。部屋を変えてもらいましたが、その時の対応が明らかに嫌そうな態度で、舌打ちまでされました。本当に残念な気持ちになり、最悪の旅のスタートとなってしまいました。翌朝の朝食会場でチケットがなかったので嫌な思いをしました。Dont Disturbの札をかけて寝ていたら部屋に入られて嫌でした。

  This hotel is in a great area close to Union Square. For being in a large city is was relatively quiet. Jake who checked us in was outstanding! Thanks for a fun stay.

  Air conditioning broken, during a heat wave in SF. Room was 85F at night. Also one of two elevators was broken, resulting in long waits. Wifi was slow. All in all a bad stay.

  I really like the set of hotels in this area, they revive the 1930s art deco style of hotels. This was pretty nice in that regard but a couple things gave a bad taste in my mouth. First they have 3 elevators, 2 of them were out for 3 days I was there. Then on the day I had to check out and leave at 6am to catch a 8am flight, the third one went out. I was on the 9th floor and this was a massive inconvenience. I was worried that Id miss my flight. When you have 2 elevators out, you better get on it before the last one goes out and everyone is screwed! Second, this is both minor, and kinda major. You had to go all the way downstairs to the lobby for coffee. On my checkout day, I got up at 5am and went for the coffee to find out that the last elevator was out. So no coffee. Made me hella grumpy all the way to catching my flight later. Just have a simple coffee maker in the rooms. Ill take crummy coffee you provide in the room in a pinch if I have to!
