  Location is amazing; just a few blocks away from Pier 39. Desk clerk were very kind and efficient. Only valet parking available for $65 a night. We left very early in the morning, so we still had to retrieve or own car. Overall, really good place!

  I live in San Francisco and when I have people in town I always refer them here. The best place, clean, beautiful rooms, very friendly staff, great breakfast and very centrally located in Fishermens Warf. Take it from a San Francisco native, who stays there when I am having construction done to my house, it is the best!!!!! A huge shout out to Derek and Jeff for all of their help. They exhibited excellent customer service. 10++++ Stars.

  Hotel zentral zur Fishermans Warf gelegen. Relativ kleines, aber modernes Zimmer / Bad, alles sehr sauber. Zimmer nach hinten raus, absolut ruhig. Kaffeemaschine, Fön, Kühlschrank vorhanden, keine Mikrowelle. Frühstück inklusive, gute Auswahl, Frühstücksbereich leider sehr laut. Parkplatz 65 Dollar pro Nacht. Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal.

  3 stars, but only because of the ridiculous resort fee. This is not a resort, there are no amenities. Breakfast and WiFi are included at every holiday inn in the country. Don’t try to sell me on the ideas than these are amenities. But seriously, it’s a decent hotel in an ideal location. Close to the tourist attractions but not too close. Reasonably priced for what it is and where it is. The includes free breakfast was better than some holiday Inns. I don’t know how, it’s all the exact same stuff, but it was a little better. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I got a late checkout on my departure day. The “view” out our window was an empty courtyard. No idea what the purpose of it, just to give us a window maybe? 1 star for the towels. Did you get these from Goodwill’a throw away pile? These were the thinnest, crappiest towels I have very seen. Maybe use some of that resort fee money and spring for new towels.

  Late night front desk experience was disappointing. I had an issue with my room around 11 pm and was told an engineer was not available, which I understand. However I was asked to walk to the front desk three separate times for new keys during a room change, and calls to the desk were not answered The inconvenience aside, what stood out was the lack of politeness and basic courtesy from the staff member
