Upon arriving, I was asked to provide a credit card to put on file for “incidentals.” When I checked out, additional charges for “destination fees” and more taxes were charged on my credit card, totaling another $73 for two nights. I explained to the hotel staff and management that I had a prepaid reservation, and they refused to issue a credit to my account. They were dismissive and rude, telling me to deal with the third-party booking agency. DO NOT STAY at this hotel!!!

(The staff was nice and was able to switch me to another room). Shower also had a couple of bugs here and there. Location was ok, walkable but at night I’d be careful because it’s the tenderloin. Somehow they charged me $2 more than what I was supposed to owe, no clue what that was about. Nice staff, didn’t have the time to try the restaurant but supposedly pretty good.
