- PWP WXNov 4, 20254.0Great value in the Marina district. Helpful staff and clean room. Parking is first come first served, but great perk where located. Includes breakfast, but space is tight. Overall tremendous value for location. Safe neighborhood for our wandering even at night.

For an older hotel my husband and I didnt mind no frills....we only slept there and partied all day and night. It cam be loud but its San fran I wouldn't take my 11 yr old but for adults no problem.

- DQDiana QuintanarSep 16, 20253.0Guy at the front is super nice and helpful, and it is in a safe location, but the rooms are not as clean as I would like them to be. The floors feel clean and the bed looks clean, but the water doesn’t drain out of the tub, and the walls are dirty. There’s lots of little edges and grooves that I feel like I could use a good dusting. The bathroom and the shower, kind of smell moldy.
