Since our location is just two blocks from cable car lines, you can see the "City by the Bay" on one of the iconic trolleys! Take the family and explore the California Academy of Sciences and Walt Disney Family Museum. Golden Gate Park and Golden Gate Recreation Area are located in downtown San Francisco, also.
Our hotel is also located near the Financial District, Art Institute and Academy of Art University. Levi Strauss, Williams-Sonoma and Diversity Alliance are nearby in downtown San Francisco. Corporate guests appreciate our onsite Business Center and we make life much easier on the road with our onsite meeting rooms and free Internet access.

- SKShravan KumarJan 3, 20264.0We stayed here for 1 night during New Year’s Eve. The location is prime, walkable to Fishermen’s Wharf. We had booked a family room. The room was neat and tidy. However the bathrooms had barn doors with no locks and sides open. I found this ridiculous and made using the toilets uncomfortable. They have valet service and charge 65$ + tax. The service was extremely slow that evening. They boast of pre requesting the car so it’s ready when we arrive at the lobby, however that service was not working during our stay. The morning breakfast options were good and we enjoyed them.

Highly recommended, especially with how Oscar handled our departure during the valet service… he was terrific and excelled in all areas… although my hubby and I were in a clean room at the IHG floor level, I had one issue: nothing to see from the windows. I expressly asked for an upgrade to the highest floor because of the view, but it seemed the front desk did not hear my request. Anyway, loved the interior of the room, one of the best beds ever, just the noise, oh wow, but I am okay with that, had earbuds. The real five stars here are the location and breakfast; it's perfect… their 24-hour fresh-grind coffee was the best… the one thing disappointing was the lady at the desk who was managing tours near the fitness center. My hubby and I saw her pick up bagels with her bare hands and then put them back… that was really gross! The amenities are superb, and the appreciation for elite membership is excellent… Highly recommended.. The valet in and out $70 but it's all worth it because of all break-ins in SF, I will never take risk or just take public transportation...
