  If it wasn’t for how thin the walls are here, I’d give it a full 5 stars. When I say thin, I mean when I’m laying in bed, I could hear the people next to us be on speaker phone talking. Almost completely word for word of what they were saying. I wish I was being dramatic, truly. Because this place is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are very nice. Especially the view of the water and boats. But being woken up early in the morning, not being able to enjoy sleeping in past 9am and not being able to sleep at night because of how thin these walls are is extremely frustrating and disappointing… unless you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine I suppose.

  This is the best hotel! It was so clean, great location, comfortable beds, and amazing service! Enrique was terrific and was very knowledgeable, patient with all of our questions, and amazing with customer service! He made our stay perfect! We will definitely stay here again!

  I was here for a week, atomsphere, service & facilities were all top knotch, great location, great people. I will definitely be staying here when I return! A dozen terrific places to eat all close by. Can't go wrong staying at Humphrey's!!

  Brought clients to Humphreys while showing Shelter Island and Point Loma properties — the marina setting here is genuinely charming and communicates the boating lifestyle that draws so many buyers to this corridor. Humphreys By the Bay restaurant is reliable for a sunset dinner with views. The outdoor concert venue adds an unexpected draw. A solid mid-tier luxury option that rounds out a client's understanding of western San Diego's waterfront appeal.

  The establishment itself is okay. Rooms could be updated but no big deal the location is amazing. Only problem is was the Front Desk employee April who actively had an issue with my two rooms the day of check out. She called multiple times with an aggressive attitude, lied that we had complaints, and threatened to call the Harbor Police on me when I didn’t want to speak to her about my complaints and chose to speak with another employee. There was no professionalism from April. It was embarrassing for the establishment as she was checking in other guests and multiple paying guests were in line to check in.
