- ZAziad askarApr 22, 20262.0Had to cancel a reservation due a change in work plans. The hotel was booked through a third party app. When I called the hotel I was informed that the charge was not made and that the cancellation would be approved. However, the hotel later denied the cancellation and decided to bill the full night. It's obvious that there is a disconnect between the hotel management and billing. One is understanding and the other overzealous. Will not be considering this hotel and probably the chain in future travels.
