If you are planning to stay at this hotel, check to make sure your AC works immediately when you walk into your room!!!!!!
I ignored reviews about the AC not working for some people, and we ended up in a room without working AC…. We woke up at 1AM to a HOT room. The front desk gave us a BOX FAN when we went out to complain. The next morning, we had to pack up all of our things and wait until 4:30PM for a new room. I had to ask for compensation for this inconvenience three separate times before they offered us 50 bucks back (truly not enough for how many hours we went without a hotel room - 8am to 4:30pm).
The rooms are fine, the entire hotel could really use a deep clean.
The walls and ceilings are very thin. We were woken up by neighbors several times throughout the night.
Overall, I am disappointed that Hilton is willing to put customers in rooms without working AC. I could tell they knew our AC wasn’t working… they were not surprised in the slightest when we alerted them. They are just hoping guests won’t notice.

The room and location were great. The AC did not work during our stay which I did not mind much since I was visiting in the winter. I mentioned it not working during the check out expecting some sort of apology but all I got was "oh it doesn't?" which was a bit off putting. The valet parking price is non sensical given that literally free street parking is available right in front of the hotel. Even the paid parking at pier is $14 a night which is significantly cheaper.

Summary of our visit
Charged our card twice on check out and the manager Alex was away so no one to refund us and we had to leave to catch a flight. I am not sure what a person would do in a situation like this
We booked 2 rooms with breakfast but twice they had no breakfast to serve no Chef to cook and our rooms didnt get serviced they had no one to clean the rooms and you have to go to reception to get new towels it seems the staff were on strike. On top of that they make you pay for parking all the hotels around us had parking
So yes worse hotel we stayed at

The hotel itself was very cute, with a great bar and a convenient location near shopping centers and restaurants. However, our stay was extremely disappointing.
Upon check-in, we were assigned a room with a non-working TV and air conditioning. The first night, the room temperature reached 75 degrees, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. We were eventually moved to another room on the same floor, which had a working TV but still no functioning AC.
The only compensation offered was free valet parking. While we were told other floors had working air conditioning, relocating us to one of those rooms was apparently not considered.
I would not recommend this hotel unless you don’t mind the hassle of switching rooms and repeatedly contacting guest services.

This property is so beautiful! The rooms were super clean and spacious, and the location was convenient to everything I needed. Also, a huge THANK YOU to Angelica, who was the kindest person and helped me with everything I needed during check-out. Will definitely return! :)
