HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Be careful especially if you’re coming a long way. You might end up staying in a hot room, or look for another accommodation where you end up paying expensive rates or be forced to stay in hotels you don’t prefer. No advise from the hotel that they have AC problems. We could have made other accomodations. I just read the reviews and found out that the AC issues have been happening and looks like nothing is being done to fix the problem. Will highly not recommend!
The app is also problemtic. We were not able to rebook in a different hilton hotel because the system wont allow us. It keeps saying we have a standing reservation even if we already canceled it.

We loved staying here. We got a patio room that had a door directly outside to their beautiful patio. Had some trouble with the air conditioning but they offered a fan for us and we just left the door cracked open at night. Beautiful breakfast and bar area. The bartender was super kind and fun to talk to! The front desk staff were awesome and very accommodating and professional. Delicious breakfast and cocktails. Great central location close to the airport. Pro tip- the bathroom door is a shutter style so not a lot of privacy for the bathroom if you are worried about that. Wasn’t an issue for my boyfriend and I. They had NEST body wash shampoo conditioner and body lotion. A very nice babyliss pro hair dryer. We would definitely stay again! Definitely recommend for couples

We held our company offsite here and we also tacked on some personal stay. The accommodations were perfect, the hotel was very nice, and the staff was incredibly hospitable. The hotel is in a fantastic location with plenty to access in the immediate vicinity. The Monsaraz met all our needs from a business and personal trip. I would highly recommend staying here.

When you get off the freeway you are in the heart of strip clubs, cannabis dispensaries, a huge Goodwill store, and the homeless.
The "bay view" room sort of overlooks the bay, if you look over the street and the business buildings. The room looked OK, but it was getting cold, so we turned on the heater - nothing. I called the front desk, they said they would call back.
While we were waiting, we thought we would watch some cable. The cable didn't work. The front desk never called on the heater, so we called again, only to find out many heaters were out and they could not fix the cable because the staff went home already.
We asked for a separate room, they said they didn't have any. Did I mentioned there was a "troubled" homeless person peering at everyone in the lobby? No one asked her to leave - 3-start hotel? Really?
We ended up leaving the hotel and driving 2 hours to get home after 1 AM in the morning. This place is horrible!
If anyone from the hotel posts here tries to make yourselves look better by offering help - don't bother. The damage is done! It was our anniversary and Valentine's Day weekend! We can't get that back!

I was originally booked to stay at this hotel for 6 nights but ended cutting it short because I couldn’t bare with the complete disarray this place is in. On initial check in, you’re presented a beautiful lobby and when you get to the room it’s a nightmare. This hotel has an apparent sewage issue that hasn’t been dealt with and you can tell by the smell that comes out of every single faucet. The place is riddled with sewer flies, especially on the first floor. The first night I was there I had a room of flies, a non-working a/c, and a smelly bathroom because of the sewage. I was switched to another room where again, the a/c didn’t work and the room had apparent water damage which left a terrible odor. My second room, had a constantly clogged sink that took 3 days for service. They offered to change the room but I opted to just checkout one a day early and cut my losses.
The facility management of this hotel is terrible and it’s devastating because the hotel has immense potential. The upside is the location. I was there for work and was within minutes of where I needed to be and near plenty of food options.
