The Hilton app is frustrating because even though I checked in early and picked a room, I was assigned something totally random when I arrived. Luckily, they were able to honor my request of facing the courtyard (because otherwise your room will be facing the street) but they couldn’t get me on the top floor. Lo and behold in the morning it sounded like bowling balls were being thrown on our ceiling but I couldn’t tell if it was that or the “fitness room” below us. Either way, the room was spacious and well appointed even though the sliding door with slats to the bathroom isn’t ideal. Truly, the stand out of this hotel is the staff, Sandra at the desk was always friendly and helpful, as well as the valet, and even the maintenance man who chatted with me in the elevator.

Amanda in Hospitality is so great at what she does and helped me plan a special brunch event in one of many “photo worthy” spots at the hotel. Adriana is so sweet too. Every single employee I encountered was pleasant and helpful! Monsaraz has a “boutique” hotel vibe which makes you feel seen and special as a guest. The design is stunning, clean rooms, spacious shower, comfy bed, friendly employees… I am a very happy customer! Thank you Amanda & Team for making our wedding weekend extra special.
