- TSTrevor Schwartz4 days ago2.0First off they will try to charge you for parking. DO NOT LET THEM. there is free parking across the street. Next, they’ll try to charge you for late check out! What kind of service is that? Terrible. Finally, we were woken up by some “routine” fire alarms on our first morning here. It was loud and obnoxious and we were only notified about the fire alarms AFTER BOOKING! They failed to give us a courtesy heads up about it. I’ll be requesting a kickback for our troubles here. it was more troubles than it’s worth. Good view though! Visit this hotel if: You love hidden fees You don’t mind disrespectful hotel staff You don’t mind fire alarms You don’t want free breakfast
- JAJ AFeb 22, 20263.0The first room I checked-in to, I found a small dog sweater and dog hair in the bed. I told the front desk and they switched me to a different room. The second room was fine except the lock on the patio door didn’t work, I didn’t worry about it though because it was on the second floor. I did like that they had an underground parking garage so your vehicle is more secured. Great location. They have a restaurant in the lobby that serves breakfast lunch and dinner.

It’s not unused travel sized products, rather a normal pre-used bottle of shampoo/conditioner except for the hand soap that is sealed. Staff checked me in/out quickly. Nothing in particular stood out though
