Everyone is really attentive and the locations perfect for a weekend out in gaslamp!! Also shout out to valet for being attentive to getting car doors, definitely a luxury feel.

There were random noises occurring in the middle of the night, which was scary to say the least. I was also charged 43$ extra after my check out without notification. After getting the charge in my credit card, I called the hotel, and they said it is the charge for 4 bottles of water in the room. There was no communication or label in the room indicating the water wasn't complimentary, but they still proceeded with the charge.

And then make you email someone to get the charges dropped who doesn’t reply promptly. Don’t even get me started on housekeeping who wouldn’t refill the conditioner despite asking the front desk 4 times. Or the fact there is no smart tv despite how much you are paying!!! Great location tho
