Really nice hotel in great location. Front desk needs serious training though. First room we were given had not been cleaned. We asked to cut our stay short by one night and desk said no problem. When we checked out in the morning the desk again said all good but when we got our hotel Bill we were not checked out a day early and were charged for the full stay.

Check in time is 4:00. Our room wasn’t ready until 7:30. We were told we would get a text- we didn’t. We just happened to check at 7:30 and it was just finished. The fact that the amenity fee wasn’t waived is insane. We went to the roof top bar to check it out. We had dessert from down the street. Waitress said we couldn’t have outside food but she would “ let it slide if we ordered a drink.” We had breakfast and it took about an hour from when we sat down to when we got food. We had eggs and the restaurant was not busy. Also- $65 a night mandatory valet parking is insane. So even though I paid with reward points- I still got charged $200 for amenities and parking for two nights. Not at all worth it. Will not stay again- will not recommend.

The hotel is good and conveniently located downtown. Service can be slow at times, and we had to call multiple times for assistance. It’s a pet-friendly property, which is nice, though cleanliness of shared furniture could be improved. The microwave is available in the main lobby, not in-room, and the coffee machine wasn’t working.

This hotel exceeded expectations on the pet friendly scale. As travelers with 2 pups in tow, we are always on the hunt for a nice big dog friendly spot to stay with a reasonable pet fee. First, location is prime near Petco Park and is an easy walk to anything. They have valet which is $64 daily in/out privileges but they are also nice enough to recommend close/secure lots for half that price if you want to self park. The valet team are rockstars and super welcoming and genuinely nice. Front desk, just as great as the Valet team. On checkin they printed us a dog friendly info packet that was super helpful. Pet fee is only $100 per stay (both pets) and is so reasonable . Our room was on the 10th floor and facing downtown with a nice view. Clean and super comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Room rates were so reasonable for this area and even with tax/valet/pet fee. Hotel Indigo is an absolute GEM of a place and I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend. There is something about a place that welcomes your dogs back each time by name that makes it pretty special.
