I was to start by saying the supervisor, I think her name was Samantha, did a good job helping us in need as much as she could. She went above and beyond to help us clean up broken glass when the cleaning crew were on break so we didn’t have to wait around with the glass in our kitchen floor until the cleaning staff could clean it.
Unfortunately the rest of our experience wasn’t so great. We spent 52 days there and spent over $10k; so when my daughter’s $100 Yoto and cards went missing from our room all the sudden even when we had a do not disturb sign up and the cleaners came in anyways, I was quite surprised by the way they handled it. First off, it felt like the managers couldn’t be bothered by it. Neither of them took the time to come and speak with us in person. They had Samantha call us after only 2 days of investigating to tell us they didn’t find it. Where else could it be? We never take it out of the room and all the sudden when it was cleaned it was gone.
This place is not worth the price at all, and to charge parking on top of that is ridiculous. They can’t even give us real bedding. There’s just bed skirts and thin “blankets”
The tv volume was so low even all the way up I could hardly hear it, maybe they are old tvs but like I said for the price they charge they should be able to replace them. The knives in the room can’t cut anything either. The fruit they have out for breakfast was either not ripe or over ripe. One day the oranges were green.
Every time we called to get something like more shampoo or dishwasher soap etc. They took hours to bring it. Every other hotel I’ve stayed at brings it within 20 minutes.
At one point the bathroom in the basement where the gym is had no soap. My mom reported it and 3 days later still had no soap. The front desk told her they were having issues getting some. Well why can’t someone run to target and get some in mean time? Or at least put some dish soap or something in there.
This place needs a major uplift and make it worth our money.

I love this hotel — it’s very clean and has a great atmosphere! I really appreciate that breakfast is included, though I think the food could be served a bit hotter. It’s also a dog-friendly hotel, which is perfect when I bring my fur babies along.
I want to give a very special thank you to Samantha — she provided wonderful, friendly customer service and was incredibly helpful. Thanks for making my stay even better even after I departed.

The rooms are big, I was surprised to see a separate bedroom that closes off from the living room. They also have small kitchens. The breakfast in the morning was great, eggs, sausage, potatoes etc.
