A great property made even better by the helpfulness of front desk agent, Genevee! I called and needed to make a modification to an upcoming reservation. I was greeted in an upbeat and friendly tone, and left the call very satisfied with the customer service I received from her.

The entrance is clean and nice. The gentleman checking us in was very cold and didn't even say hello until I said so; to make this worse he was working in the Honors desk. The other ladies were nice but not helpful. When I went back to let them know the couch was in a very bad condition (see picture), they said all the rooms are the same. She sent us to another room to check but that room smelled badly, and she said they had nothing else. Interesting though two other couples checked in while we were waiting at the front. The breakfast was free but it was extremely minimal (Hampton is much better). I won't be going back as they are better options at the same price level near by

Unfortunate stay here. The room itself was decent with the exception of a tired, squeaky mattress that was sagging and the smell of must. The big problem was that a crib was requested several weeks before the stay. I reminded the front desk when checking in for a crib. They said it'll be brought to the room. Waited 45 minutes and called guests services to see if the crib will be delivered. They stated that it's coming soon. Waited another 30 minutes and called. They said that the housekeeping is busy and are tending to requests. This was already 10pm and the baby should have been sleeping already. They asked for 10 minutes. Waited another 30 and had to put the baby to sleep on the sofa. Spent the entire night taking turns with the wife to ensure that the baby doesn't fall off. What was supposed to be a restful vacation before starting a new job turned into a sleepless night. I was trying to buy into Hilton but it looks like I should look elsewhere.

While my overall stay was positive, the beginning to my stay was not great. I called this hotel on 1/29 at 8:30am which was prior to my check-in and spoke to the male operator/front desk and explained that I would be checking in late. The associate explained to me that it was best that I try to arrive prior to 12am or my reservation could be cancelled. This was very frustrating to me because the very reason I was calling was to tell the hotel to keep my reservation because we live very far from the hotel and I would be able to make it before 12am. After explaining to him that I lived far away, he said he would note in on my reservation. Then I asked if we could get a room near the end of a hallway because we have a young baby and I didn’t want him to disturb the other guests because he can be fussy at night. He first said my current room would be fine which was not what I had asked. I told him I understood that it may not be possible but if he could check and he said no. I understand that I may have been asking for a lot here and I continued to say I completely understood if it was not possible but I felt very dismissed. The whole interaction with the possible cancellation of my room and no consideration for my request made me feel very unwelcome. I called later that day and spoke to a woman who seemed to be on the mid shift and though she could not accommodate my room request, she was super nice and apologized. She also assured me that my room would be reserved. I’m so thankful to her and she was so kind. Overall, hotel was nice, breakfast was good, and most associates were wonderful but that first interaction made our trip bittersweet.
