I stayed here this past weekend. Overall was underwhelmed by the hotel. What was troubling for me in particular was the cleanliness of some of the common areas. I stayed on the 5th floor and the hallway was so dirty. I uploaded a picture. Like I understand that the hotel is under some renovation, but the hallway did not get cleaned for at least two days. The elevator also needed a scrub down.
Another note is the service. I asked for a blanket one night and never received it. I also spoke to an employee about a billing question and she was rather rude to me.
Lastly, $60 for parking! I understand a fee for parking but considering there is no other convenient lots nearby, it really seems like they are taking advantage of their guests.

Pros:
- Great location within walking distance of the bay and Little Italy.
- Friendly staff
- Good onsite restaurant.
Cons:
- No parking Valet only $30 a day + tip.
- Rooms could use some maintenance. - There was hole in the bathroom wall stuffed with TP.
- Pool is cold and was in need of desperate cleaning.

I had to switch hotels due to the distance from the convention center. But I wish I could have stayed. This was a beautiful and clean room with a great view.

Overall, ok but nothing great. The pull out bed was uncomfortable and the regular bed was probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I’d ever slept in a hotel. I asked for an extra comforter and no one responded. They did bring hand wash when I requested but the fact that this was missing shows a lack of attention to a major detail. There was a missing barstool and it looks like they replaced it with one from the outside gathering space. Speaking of gathering space, it enjoyed it and thought it was nice but it feels like they need to manage it better. All of the items to play looked like they needed to be replaced. They were either filthy or broken.
The valet while a nice perk for parking feels absurd and there should be self parking available. Not to mention it gets pricey after couple of nights.
Good: location, pool, nice bar on property, outdoor seating area, decent breakfast.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Rude Staff and Unbearable Noise
This was THE worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Shortly after checking in, we discovered that the air conditioner in our room was extremely loud, sounding like an engine running nonstop. The fan was stuck on high speed with no way to lower it, making it impossible to relax or sleep.
When we contacted the front desk, the lady answered the phone told us she'd move us to another room. But later another staff called and told us there was nothing they could do and offered ear plugs as the solution — completely unacceptable for a paid hotel stay. To make matters worse, the staff member who answered the phone was rude and dismissive, and actually hung up on us during the call.
Only later did the hotel finally offer to change our room after we spoe with the manager, but by then the damage was done. After being treated so poorly and given such a lack of basic customer service, we no longer felt comfortable staying there and decided to leave and book another hotel instead. Later we found out the hotel had numerous bad reviews on rude staff member.
Between the unbearable noise, lack of basic amenities, and unprofessional, disrespectful staff, this hotel completely failed to meet even minimal standards of hospitality. I would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere unless you enjoy sleepless nights and being treated like an inconvenience rather than a guest.
