Overall experience was ok but ruined by our experience and lack of refund for prepaid stay when we left a day early, won't go back and highly advise you carefully think through your options. Pro's: Nice facility, clean, updated, GREAT breakfast, good room and especially good shower which is rare... Con's: Check in at 11pm with a non native English speaker who seriously struggled (not the right personality or skillset for the job) based on attitude and aptitude. Saw him on our second day walk away from front desk and eat his lunch in the dining area, missing 2 guests who came to the front desk and left because there was no one there....We witnessed the whole episode and alerted him when the 3rd guest walked up and he left his lunch and went to the desk. He was very sick with a bad cold (hopefully not Covid), used tons of hand sanitizer after he handed us our room keys, praying we don't get sick...he should have stayed home. All other clerks were personable and efficient, just this one gentleman. Bathroom exhaust fan system did not work so bathroom steamed up and would only clear by opening bathroom door, not to mention the smell if you used the bathroom (no bueno). Booked 2 rooms for a business trip, ended up leaving a day early. Booked through a travel agent who to our surprise then booked through Priceline. Prepaid $1,250 for 4 nights Sun through Wed. By Tuesday we realized we were leaving a day early. Started talking to front desk a day early, 3 different front desk clerks said we needed to cancel last day through Priceline. Reached out to travel agency who booked through Priceline, they said we needed to talk to Holiday Inn. Went back to Holiday Inn, they said we needed to talk to Priceline. Called travel agent who reached out to Priceline contacting Juan, the On-Site Manger who refused to refund our unused day for our 2 rooms, so we wasted about $250 for the 2 rooms we didn't use on what would have been our last day. Called Juan directly who stalled for about 10 minutes "couldn't find the reservation using our booking number, both theirs internally and Pricelines" hoping I'd hang-up and just go away. When he finally, miraculously "found our reservation" said, "It's Policy" we don't offer refunds for unused days when you book through 3rd parties. Bottomline is I'd strongly encourage guests to "pay as you go" so you don't get stuck if you prepay, it's not worth it. Juan could have extended a little grace, he chose not to and essentially did everything he could to "build up" his PnL......He's lost a customer. I would strongly encourage you to be careful with your bookings through IHG and especially this Holiday Inn Express, paying as you go so if your plans change you don't waste your hard earned dollars....this trip was a fiasco insofar as Holiday Inn Express is concerned...awful experience. #HolidayInn #HolidayInnExpress

This is the worse hotel i have ever stat in as a platinum member. I mean worse of all the holiday inn express. Front desk service was rude and unhelpful. They refused to take me credit card because it was in my apple wallet i ended up loosing my points from that. The room washroom was dirty and the toilet bowl was rusty. Air conditioner was not cooling. I went dow to the front desk to complain but the front desk was rude and ask me to call ihg. Never stay here. They don't listen to guess complain
