  ⸻ Era la primera vez que visitaba el lugar y la verdad me encantó. Tiene una ubicación excelente, las habitaciones son muy bonitas, cómodas y están impecablemente limpias. El desayuno es delicioso y el personal de limpieza ofrece un servicio excepcional. Fui con mis niños y mi mamá, y la muchacha que nos atendió creo que se llamaba Quetzali fue muy amable y atenta. Nos ayudó muchísimo, ya que no sabíamos cómo movernos por la zona ni dónde tomar el autobús. Nos explicó todo con paciencia y nos dio muy buenos consejos. Sin duda, una experiencia muy agradable que recomiendo totalmente.

  🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 S-Tier Sanctuary! Best Hotel Experience of My Life! Review for: Holiday Inn Express San Diego-Sea World Area, an IHG Hotel Look, I’m putting this review here because I need the world to know. I’ve stayed at dozens of hotels, from budget roadside motels to "luxury" resorts, and the Holiday Inn Express San Diego-Sea World Area goes straight into the S-Tier. It blows places like that Best Western down the street and even some higher-priced competition out of the water. My trip started rough. After an excruciating, eight-hour Sprint flight—you know how boring and cramped those budget airlines are—my back was in knots. When I finally got to my room and laid down on that bed, it was instant, total relief. It didn't just feel like home; it felt better than home. The mattresses and pillows are clearly top-notch. First impressions matter: the room was immaculately sanitary. I mean, truly spotless. The housekeeping team here deserves a medal; the cleanliness was superior to anything I’ve seen recently. We also snagged a room with a lovely view, giving us a nice vantage point of the area—a perfect way to wake up in sunny San Diego. Location-wise, this hotel is a cheat code. It was such a blessing to be this close to SeaWorld. We were able to jump off the freeway (the I-8 and I-5 access is unbelievably easy—literally seconds from the ramp) and be at the hotel instantly. Getting to and from the park was effortless, avoiding so much typical vacation traffic stress. And let’s talk about the little things: the coffee here is phenomenal. It was perfectly hot, seriously fresh, and had this delicious dash of natural sweetness to the taste that started my day off right every morning. The staff at checkout were just as friendly and professional as they were at check-in. The whole process was clean, quick, and the lady at the front desk genuinely wished us well. This wasn't just a place to sleep; it was an overall amazing experience. If you need a base for San Diego attractions, stop looking and book this one. You won't regret it. and also, I had a vacation from work after two years of insufferable working and this hotel was perfect. I love the staff and I love the hotel. I’ll definitely be coming back here again after my next vacation from my painful job at work being a doctor or surgeon. I also came with a friend of mine because why not and he enjoyed the hotel too.

  Overall experience was good, there is not enough parking for the amount of rooms. The only complaint about our room is that the bathroom door didnt lock. The breakfast buffet changes everyday and we enjoyed it. There's also coffee in the lobby available all day too. The staff was also very friendly.

  The staff were wonderful! All very helpful and friendly people. Not the biggest hotel, and the elevator is quite busy. Besides that the breakfast was good, the staff was excellent, and we hope to stay again.
