  Late review but we stayed at this hotel for few days in dec 2025. Rooms were clean and nice. Service was up to the mark and the location was very convenient from airport, old town and balboa park/san diego zoo etc via uber. Adhraa/Art at front desk were always very helpful and Steven our cybertruck driver gave us good tips on middle eastern restaurants since we were so done eating mexican and italian food most of the time. Yes, they have Tesla cybertruck and shuttle vans for trips to old town and airport subject to availability of course. My 10yr old son was ecstatic every time we got into the cybertruck. Overall we were very happy with the staff, ambience and location and do recommend this place.

  They really cater to their guests, by far the best experience that I have had, we attended MCRD Dinner, family day and graduation day. Nick the shuttle driver was outstanding, he was very friendly and courteous he made us feel welcomed. The front counter staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions. The breakfast was very good and fresh and the staff was always very attentive. The pool was nice and heated. Overall it was a great experience.

  Great place to stay with a family. Rooms were clean, updated and had amenities like - fridge, microwave and coffeemaker. Free breakfast in the mornings was a nice way to start the day. Halls and facility were always clean and it seemed secure/safe. Heated pool was a plus for my kids. They even have a mini store down in the lobby with travel essentials, snacks and souvenirs. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Nick the shuttle driver always made sure to get pick us up with in 10min, made great food/shopping recommendations and was friendly. Location has good and bad. It is close to the airport and the free shuttle was great, but it’s also right next to the I5 so depending on the room there can be some noise for a light sleeper. Walking distance to old town if you don’t want to take the shuttle. We would stay again.

  My husband and I have done a great deal of traveling the past year since we became married. This Holiday Inn was by Far the most accommodating. From Stephen who picked us up promptly at the airport, to Adhraa who greeted us so professionaly, to Art who was a real gentleman every evening greeting us as we came in from a long day with a big smile. Then there is housekeeping - they were phenomenal - cleaning our room daily so we had a clean room to retire in for the evening. But it didn't stop there...Our plane was delayed due to storms and Julius at the front desk arranged for a late checkout including shuttle service to the Airport! I forgot to mention the great breakfast every morning. If you are looking for a reasonably priced room, cleanliness and a very professional staff that is SO KIND LOOK NO FURTHER!! ALSO, hotel is centrally located for All San Diego Attractions!! We will be back. Louise Wood Gutietrez

  This was the perfect place to stay when we visited San Diego to go to Seaworld and the zoo! It’s very centrally located, they have a shuttle to and from the airport and they are only eight minutes from the zoo and Seaworld, so very inexpensive Uber rides! Nick, the gentleman that drove the shuttle bus was very kind and so prompt picking us up and when we needed to leave for our return home! The room was very clean. The pool was nice and warm, breakfast was excellent, and they were so kind and friendly! Would defiantly stay here again!
