  Nik was our driver today to the San Diego Airport. He was fantastic! He offered us a ride before we were scheduled to arrive to ensure we made it to the airport on time. The breakfast had lots of options, from meats-to-eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit juice, fruit, and coffee plus a bar of hot and cold cereals. We really appreciated their luggage storage service they had available, so we could enjoy the sights of San Diego and be assured our luggage was securely stored for us. We’ll be coming to stay here again on our next trip to San Diego. We highly recommend Holiday Inn Express, Old Town.

  We had a concern during check in and Adhraa resolved it quickly and effectively. This made all the difference in our stay! This hotel offers free shuttle service to nearby Old Town. The room had an extremely sneaky chair. It was so bad no one could sit in it first thing in the morning because any movement would cause it to squeak loudly and wake everyone up. I told the front desk about it and they sent some to fix it within 10 minutes! All the staff were great about helping us with anything we needed. The location seemed a little weird at first, but we discovered it was fantastically centrally located. While it was right next to the freeway, the room was well-inslated and much quieter than other places I've been that are right next to the freeway. There was also a great blackout shade that kept the room nice and dark.

  My stay was great overall. Needed a hotel close to the airport after my flight was cancelled. The room was clean, and check-in late at night was quick and easy. The front desk staff that evening was friendly and professional…. I wish I remembered his name, I was exhausted. Check-out was just as smooth, and Ulises at the front desk was welcoming and professional, checking in to make sure everything went well. The free airport shuttle was super convenient and runs about every hour. The driver, Ayad, was on time and professional as well. I’d definitely stay here again.

  My stay was great overall, especially considering that it was super last minute. They were able to accommodate my stay and the best part is that they provided free shuttle service from and to the airport. The booking process was super smooth and easy. My shuttle driver was super friendly and funny. Nick, Ulises, Eli all provided excellent customer service! As far as the room, it was super clean and well maintained. It has everything I needed. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back if I ever need a place to stay when I San Diego. Worth the price for sure!

  Not the best Holiday Inn Express. I had problems with the horrid thermostat, sink backed up, the water pressure was horrible. I couldn't maintain a steady connection to the WiFi most of the stay which was the worst part of the stay. Almost ever Holiday Inn Express I've stayed at has state of the art WiFi. But, there was one person that shines throughout the stay. The kindness and attention the ADHRAA gave made it worth continuing to stay there. I really appreciate the kindness and genuine concern she had while I was dealing with the aforementioned problems. I had other issues she helped us with as well. Thanks so much!
