Been staying here for several years for TwitchCon weekend and it’s been literally perfect. Extremely clean place, the pool area is immaculate and the rooms are beautiful and usually have an amazing view. Requested a specific view this time around and they honored it. Also they have a texting system where if you need for example extra towels or utensils, they will send someone right up for any requests but through texting.
Will continue to stay here from here on out. Also $25 for early check in……EXTREMELY WORTH IT!

The reason for this review is solely due to my interaction with the front desk manager, Trevor. I stayed one night and was correctly charged $65 for valet — no issues during my stay or at checkout. The next morning, I noticed a second pending $65 valet charge and an $8.62 charge for water, even though I hadn’t used any.
When I called, Trevor initially said he only saw one valet charge and assumed I had used the water. As I explained further, his explanations kept changing — first suggesting resort fees, then saying he would waive the charges “for the inconvenience.” He later admitted the resort fee hadn’t actually been applied to my stay, which highlighted how inconsistent his communication was.
However, immediately after our call, the full resort fee was charged to my card, even though Hilton would never have known it was missing if I hadn’t called — which made the timing feel retaliatory.
When I mentioned I might contact my bank, it was solely to clarify the duplicate valet charge and the water charge that he said he was waiving (comes under resort fees per his own words), so that I didn’t end up paying for charges he claimed weren’t on his end. Instead of simply acknowledging that, he abruptly said Hilton would “take it to court,” which was unnecessary and unprofessional. He spoke over me several times, implied I was disputing valid charges, and was generally defensive and accusatory.
What stood out most was that he insinuated I would write a bad review — something that had never crossed my mind until that point. Ironically, that assumption and his dismissive attitude are exactly why I’m writing this now.
I wasn’t upset about the charges themselves, but about the hostile and unprofessional manner in which the issue was handled. For a Hilton property, this level of customer service was extremely disappointing.
