My stay at this Hilton was a 2 night stay with my husband and I have to say before arriving I was stressing out. They had no parking on site, just valet at $60 a night, there is no way...imagine $120 for parking. So we opted to park on the street which is free, but I suggest across the street (across from the storage facility or the car rental place). Please look at google maps to help with that. We had to drive around for 30 mins to wait for a parking spot. The room itself was amazing. We had all we needed. The bed was soft, the bathroom was clean, they have a small fridge, a microwave, a coffee pot, and iron (which I truly needed), a blow dryer that worked. Also beware upon arriving, go slow or you will miss the entrance. The valet guys were great as they allowed us to unload, check in and then park at the 30 min slots near by. The counter worker Amy was super amazing. Smiled and checked us in quick, but we were charged an incidental charge of $120, but was returned back to us within 30 mins of our check out. The gal that checked us out was not nice at all and she wasn't wearing her name badge so I can't tell you who that was. All in all, the location was awesome, we walked everywhere and Little Italy is just a block away. So will I return, yes! Still will not park in Valet.

Well parking there valet only 60 a day... I was there for a car show with my custom truck . When I got home noticed a part was stolen from my truck I contacted hotel which I was directed to ace parking who handles there parking. Asked management to look at cameras to confirm my allegations. So they was unable to confirm i asked for the cost of replacing my part , now its a ghost town won't return my emails. Went to the higher ups and same results. So beware of parking or you might get your stuff stolen as well... I hope all ace parking lots are not like this one.

I stayed at this hotel expecting at least a decent breakfast for the price — but it turned out to be one of the most tasteless meals I’ve ever had. It honestly felt like they served what was left over from two days ago. The food had no flavor, and the selection was minimal. Parking is another issue. There’s no free parking at all. If they simply included the parking fee in the room rate, it wouldn’t feel so frustrating. Instead, you end up paying extra for everything, and it adds up quickly. The bar next to the lobby closes at 10 p.m. — seriously? For a hotel of this category and price, that’s just unreasonable. After a long day, you expect to relax with a drink, not rush before they shut the doors. Overall, this place is not worth the money. If you’re booking it for the breakfast — don’t. You’ll have a much better experience going to any nearby café and getting a proper meal for half the price.

Amazingly quiet this close to the airport. Very close to Cruise terminal. Perfect if you are transferring to a cruise. Great shower. But no shower chair. Bed was too soft. Couldn't go backwards on any of the tv shows. Housekeeping was only every other day. Staff, especially Amy, were delightful. Very nice to have a restaurant on site. Waitress was Lovely and accommodating. We'd stay here again.

DONT STAY THERE!! NO PARKING (across the street where your car is just out in the open all night) SO THEY CHARGE $60 a night for valet!!wasn’t in our room 5 mins & Something on the carpet (looks like blood) fridge didn’t work, I don’t have a safe to protect my belongings, the couch was ripped! Guest service was NO HELP, showed NO EMPATHY! I went down to let them know and the guest service guy started to look up another room for me as I was explaining the conditions of the room & then he said oh if you are worried about being charged I will just put it on your room notes that it was already some wear and tear! I said I rather just get a new room and he goes we don’t have any we are all booked up (after he was just about to move me) so I asked to speak with the manager and she was worse than him, she offered to change the couch and fridge out for some new ones! My girlfriend and I drove out there from Las Vegas so we had no choice but to stay and deal with it, but definitely calling corporate!
