We stayed at this hotel from December 25th to January 1st, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience—especially given the 4.1-star rating and the Hilton brand.
The only positive aspect of our stay was the front desk staff. They were consistently polite, welcoming, and answered the phone whenever we called. However, while requests for cleaning, towels, or other services were acknowledged, the services were often never completed.
We were told housekeeping would be provided every other day, but during our entire week-long stay, our room was serviced only once. Even then, the service was minimal—towels were replaced and beds were made, but the floors were never cleaned.
To make matters worse, there was ongoing remodeling work, with loud hammering and construction noise continuing as late as 9:30 PM, making it very difficult to relax or sleep.
The laundry room door was broken, forcing me to prop it open with a trash bin just to use the machines. On our last day, the lobby floor was soaked due to water leaking from the ceiling, which was concerning and unsafe.
Because this was peak holiday season, we tried but were unable to find alternative accommodations, leaving us stuck in a hotel that clearly was not ready to host guests.
Given the condition of the property and the lack of proper housekeeping and maintenance, I honestly believe this hotel should be temporarily closed for proper remodeling, deep cleaning, and management review before welcoming guests again.
This stay did not meet basic expectations, let alone the standards associated with Hilton.
I was very disappointed with my stay. After getting settled in, I couldn’t connect to the internet and reached out to Linda, who told me they were already having internet issues. I feel this is something that should have been communicated at check-in, especially since there was no estimated time for when the issue would be resolved.
I was traveling for business, so reliable internet was essential. I wasn’t able to use my phone, iPad, or computer at all. The issue still hadn’t been fixed by the time I went to bed, which also meant I couldn’t access my Netflix account on the TV. Overall, this made the stay unnecessarily frustrating.
