    Nice hotel, close to the airport with free shuttle. Gym is a decent size with cardio equipment and free weights. Smart tv in room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Pillows were not very comfortable and the shower never got hot, only warm enough to tolerate showering.

    We loved this hotel. It is in a secluded area next to the airport, so it was very quiet. The room was spacious and the breakfast was great. Plus they always have hot coffee in the lobby. Everything was very clean and quiet. Would stay here again.

    I stayed at this Hampton Inn due to it’s proximity to the airport and the free airport shuttle. When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel as instructed. To my surprise, no one answered the phone. I stood outside calling the hotel for 20 minutes before someone finally answered. This is unacceptable. The person answering said she was the only person working and couldn’t answer the phone while checking people in. Hampton Inn needs to properly staff their hotel. In addition, the room was not properly cleaned. Hilton Honors members are not acknowledged or given complimentary water anymore. A bottle of water was $8 , which was more than the nearby Starbucks charged.

    Great view of departing planes from the airport, rooms were furnished well but NO MICROWAVE. On the info paper it says breakfast closes at 10 am, but I went and they said it closes at 9 starting today because people took too much food yesterday. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING!! It’s like saying we don’t have any water left because people took too much yesterday. Reception was terrible. I asked if they had any coffee and they just said “no”. On the info page it also says coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is available 24/7. Absolutely horrible service. Would recommend to a plane lover on vacation but absolutely not ideal for people on a business trip. 12/30/25

    CRUCIAL FOR GUESTS TO REVIEW THEIR BILL. I intended to grade this hotel 4/5 but the “error” in their billing cost their score two stars. Upon receiving the bill for the night (via email), I noticed two charges for a pet stay: their $75 fee, in addition to a second $90 fee. I was aware of the $75 fee, but the second charge came to a surprise. I called billing. Immediately after reviewing my bill, the operator knew that I was calling about the second pet charge. They graciously offered to refund, no questions nor explanations needed. The operator refunded the second $90 and apologized due to “billing error.” This was incredibly disappointing, as I was impressed by the hotel at first glance.
